Word broke a week ago that Emma Watson is the cover girl for the July 2011 issue of American Vogue and when I first saw it, I had to do a double take. Emma is unrecognizable on the cover, however she looks great. She was photographed by Mario Testino. Emma's cute pixie is slicked back in the feature which is completed with dark red lips, flawless. Throughout the feature Emma is working Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Tom Ford, Calvin Klein and more. In the issue she talks about life after the final Harry Potter movie, being normal and enrolling into college at Brown's University. Continue to read inserts from the magazine and see more images from the feature.

On Daniel Radcliffe:
“He understood what his role was, not just as an actor but as the leading man in this enormous franchise. And I think that was almost more important in a way. He held it all together. I am very grateful for him.”
I’ve probably earned the right to screw up a few times, I don’t want the fear of failure to stop me from doing what I really care about”
On balancing work and school:
“I have felt for the last ten years I have had this battle; I’ve been fighting so hard to have an education. It’s been this uphill struggle. I was Warner Bros.’ pain in the butt. I was their scheduling conflict. I was the one who made life difficult. I just realized at one point that I can’t fight everything. I have to move in the direction of it—and go with it.”
