Saoirse Ronan in Christopher Kane at the 2016 MET Gala

Saoirse Ronan was on hand this evening for the 2016 MET Gala, Manus X Machina-Fashion in an Age of Technology at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC.

She hit the carpet in a CHRISTOPHER KANE FALL 2016 white crossover feathered mock neck dress with an embellished butterfly brooch on the waist. Saoirse dress is a altered look from the runway version which was short in a calf length.

The dress is not on tune with the theme but like it's retro appeal and it looks great on her. To ensure nothing takes away from her look, she went with a complimentary up-do which topped off her look along with a complimentary make-up look.

  1. Those additional feathers on one shoulder and on the hem look awkward, the butterfly at the waist is random and confusing while the silhouette is standard and boring. She missed the mark.

  2. Girlfriend didn't get the memo about the theme. Talk about missing the mark...

  3. Don't like this for her. The details at the neck seem to be crowding her.
