Ruth Wilson on the December 2016 Cover of Marie Claire UK Magazine


Ruth Wilson is gearing up for season 3 of her hit TV show 'The Affair' on November 20th and you can also catch he on the December 2016 cover of Marie Clarie UK magazine. On the cover, Ruth is wearing a CHRISTIAN DIOR FALL 2016 COUTURE black embellished top which was topped off with minimal make-up and a up-do. In the issue, she talks not wanting to get married, battling stage fright and more. Continue below to read some excerpts from her interview. On her hit show 'The Affair':
The first season was relentless and draining. I’m not someone who can ever do something half-arsed, but at points, I did think, 'Oh my god I can’t go any deeper.' I didn’t know if I could sustain it.

On battling stage fright:
It was like a boxing ring – the fear was so great each night’ she said. ‘We’d stand there, on opposite sides of the stage, and [I’d] just breathe and pray I’d get through it. That fear is so exhilarating – it is such a high that you get. 

On getting married:
‘I hate the thought of walking down the aisle in a white dress – I think it’s just a horrible idea. And I’m just not that excited by the idea of a wedding day, or of a ring on my finger. I’m not even interested in jewelry.
