''The Handmaid's Tale'' Season 6 LA Premiere

On Thursday(April 3rd) the premiere of Hulu's ''The Handmaid's Tale'' Season 6 was held at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, California.

Madeline Brewer posed in head to toe MARC JACOBS and I like the pieces that she is wearing. However, I don't think they work together. A simple boot, that isn't focus pulling would have been ideal.  JENNIFER BEHR jewelry and CALZEDONIA tights finished up her look. 

Elisabeth Moss kept things simple in an all black ensemble. A pop of color came via her red lip and a touch of sparkle came via her diamond necklace. I feel she needed a statement jewelry piece to make her look come alive.

26th Screen Actors Guild Awards Wrap-up

Charlize Theron wore another custom GIVENCHY COUTURE look which shimmery silver crop top and a black center front split skirt which was belted at the waist. Charlize is beautiful but I am having a hard time getting onboard with most of her looks these days.

Reese Witherspoon worked the split on her custom CELINE sequin embellished one-shoulder dress which was accessorized with HARRY WINSTON jewelry. It's the same Reese Witherspoon look that we get all the time but she looks pretty and the fit is perfect.

Amanda Brugel showed a touch of skin wearing a ZIMMERMANN SPRING 2018 long sleeves yellow floral dress with a cutout waist & a slight off-the-shoulder detail. She offset her printed dress with nude sandals. A colored lip and straight tresses finished up her look. 

Samira Wiley wore a GALVAN RESORT 2018 black long sleeve v-neck dress which stopped just above her knees and featured a cascading fringe panel. The dress which was also featured in the Spring 2018 collection, came in a red & blue which I think Samira could have pulled off. Nonethless, she looked great. She finished up with NEIL RODGERS sandals and a complimentary beauty look. 

Elisabeth Moss loves her fit 'n' flare dresses, sometimes with a leather jacket thrown over her shoulders. Remember the Oscar de la Renta look? So this black leather moto jacket with the CHRISTIAN DIOR is no surprise. However she does switch things up from time to time. A matching red lip, a TYLER ELLIS clutch and CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN pumps finished up her look.

2018 PaleyFest Los Angeles Hulu 'The Handmaid's Tale' Panel Wrap-up

Along with Madeline Brewer, Samira Wiley, Yvonne Strahovski and Amanda Brugel attended the 2018 PaleyFest Los Angeles Hulu' 'The Handmaid's Tale' TV Series panel at the Dolby Theatre yesterday(March 18th) in Hollywood, CA.

Samira Wiley wore a GRETA CONSTANTINE long sleeve black semi-sheer polka dot & crepe panel dress which she accessorized with ILEANA MAKRI earrings and SCHUTZ black pumps. I would have liked to see a colored lip here but she still looked pretty. 

Yvonne Strahovski wore a OSCAR DE LA RENTA red cold-shoulder dress which stopped just above her knees and featured puffy, three-quarter sleeves. She offset her red hue with nude PAUL ANDREW pumps whitch topped off her look along with a ponytail with tendrils.

Amanda Brugel wore a SIMONE ROCHA SPRING 2018 sheer white & black printed embroidered lace panel layered midi dress with puffy three-quarter sleeves, a belted waist and tier skirt. On the runway, I wasn't a fan of this dress but it looks so much better on Amanda. LOUBOUTIN pumps, a half-up half-down hairstyle and a smokey eye finished up her look.

Laura Dern & Amanda Brugel in Jonathan Simkhai at the Canadian Consulate's 69th Primetime Emmy Awards After Party

Following their attendance at the Emmy's, Laura Dern & Amanda Brugel stepped out in different red JONATHAN SIMKHAI dresses at the Canadian Consulate's 69th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards After Party at a Official Residence of Canada in LA. 

Laura Dern wore a flattering fitted dress with long slashed, ruffle sleeves and studded embellishments. In the look book the dress was shown off-the-shoulder which gave it a fresh, modern approach. However Laura chose to wear the dress on her dress. I prefer the look book version. Black slingback flats and side parted tresses finished up her look.

Amanda Brugel wore a FALL 2017 sleeveless embellished, ruffle lace dress which was lined for coverage and featured a tier skirt. Beauty wise, she kept it simple with a ponytail and a matching lip which topped off her look along with ankle strap sandals.

'The Handmaid's Tale' LA Premiere Wrap-up

Along with Madeline Brewer and Elisabeth Moss, the rest of the cast hit the windy black carpet for the premiere of Hulu's 'The Handmaid's Tale' TV series at the ArcLight Cinemas Cinerama Dome in  LA. 

Alexis Bledel worked a colorful black beaded CUSHNIE ET OCHS halter dress which she spiced up with some colored accessories which featured a turquoise clutch and yellow SCHUTZ sandals. Minimal make-up and straight tresses finished up her great look. 

Yvonne Strahovski wore a navy CAMILLA & MARC slip dress with a contrasting lace bodice overlay and spaghetti straps. I think I would have liked this more without the lace panel. Side swept tresses and STUART WEITZMAN sandals finished up her look.

Samira Wiley who recently tied the knot, looked great in a RUBIN SINGER green, black & white printed knee length dress with cap sleeves and a v-neckline. I am not to crazy about the black patent pumps but it doesn't hurt her look. Love the hair & make-up.
