Blake Lively in Sonia Rykiel at the 2018 CinemaCon

On hand for the panel discussion & screening of her new film 'A Simple Favor', Blake Lively hit the red carpet at the 2018 CinemaCon at The Colosseum in Las Vegas yesterday(April 26th). 

The actress rocked a custom SONIA RYKIEL navy double breasted, tuxedo jacket dress which she teamed with a white ARITZIA button down shirt and the BRACKISH 'Eddy' bowtie. A similar version of Blake's dress was featured in the PRE-FALL 2018 look book collection in a different color-way but her solid version worked for her. 

Her cute colorful bowtie and CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN white multicolored pumps is what upped the chic, cool factor of her look. Accessorized with HELEN FICALORA & LORRAINE SCHWARTZ jewelry, she finished up with a wavy half-up, half down hairstyle.

Swarovski Times Square Opening Celebration Wrap-up

Along with Selita Ebanks, Morena Baccarin, Karlie Kloss and Annsophia Robb attended the Swarovki Times Square opening celebration at Hudson Mercantile in New York last night(April 12th). I also attended the party and I had a blast. Guests sipped on signature cocktails, received beautiful flowers and danced to tunes courtesy of DJ Harley Viera-Newton.

Morena Baccarin wore a SELF-PORTRAIT RESORT 2018 maxi dress which featured a long sleeve crochet top and a monochrome black & white pleated skirt. To compliment her look, she wore her hair off-the-shoulders which topped off her look along with smokey eyes and a pink lip. 

Karlie Kloss wore a pink sequin ALEX PERRY FALL 201 ruffle midi dress with a black SAINT LAURENT blazer thrown over her shoulders. Seeing Karlie in this dress last night, she looked great. Off-the-shoulder tresses and SWAROVSKI jewelry finished up her look. 

AnnaSophia Robb wore a black ensemble which featured a ARITZIA sheer long sleeve turtleneck with a black bra underneath for coverage and black J BRAND leather pants which stopped above her ankles. A pop of color came via her pink suede embellished mules which topped off her look along with a black CHARLOTTE OLYMPIA shoulder bag.

On Saturday(April 7th) Maddie Ziegler and Constance Zimmer hit the red carpet at the For My Friend's Place 30th Anniversary Gala at the Hollywood Palladium in LA.

Maddie Ziegler ditched wearing a dress for the green BA&SH 'Carina' notch lapel, shimmery metallic jacket with the matching 'Concert' pants and a grey sequin heart COACH 1941 SPRING 2018 tee shirt underneath. Keeping the styling simple, she topped off her great look with smokey eyes and NICHOLAS KIRKWOOD sandals. 

Constance Zimmer wore the ARITZIA 'Valros' sheer black long sleeve wrap dress which was accessorized with SONIA BOYAJIAN earrings and a playful CLARE VIVIER envelope clutch. I actually prefer how the dress was styled in the look book with the boots but Constance black studded heels worked as well.

34th PaleyFest LA 'Scandal' Panel Wrap-up

Kerry Washington along with her Darby Stanchfield, Katie Lowes & Bellamy Young attended the 34th Annual PaleyFest LA 'Scandal' TV Series panel at The Dolby Theatre yesterday(March 26th) in Hollywood, CA.

Darby Stanchfield looked great in a long sleeve metallic TOPSHOP crossover crop top, black STELLA MCCARTNEY wide-leg trousers, an EDIE PARKER clutch, and LE SILLA heels. The pants are a tad long but she still looks great. A ponytail and gold jewelry finished up her look.

Katie Lowes wore a ARITZIA black tie neck halter top and a white grid pattern GREYLIN skirt. I like that she wore flats which are by SARAH FLINT because it works well with her look. An up-do, GRAZIELA GEMS & EF COLLECTION jewelry, an TYLER ELLIS clutch and pink lips finished up her look. 

Bellamy Young wore the MARIA LUCIA HOHAN RESORT 2017 'Kade' pleated halter dress with a cut-out back in desert. I like this dress on Bellamy but her look definitely needed a color balance. Maybe a colored lip or jewelry. An EMM KUO clutch, SYLVA & CIE, ILEANA MAKRI & RANDALL SCOTT jewelry and STUART WEITZMAN sandals finished up her look.

Aritzia Fifth Ave. Flagship Grand Store Opening

 

ARITZIA opened it's first NYC store today at 600 fifth Ave. at Rockefeller Center. The store is 13,000 sq. feet with two floors of luxury women's fashion. Aritzia has fifty-three locations in the US but this fifth Ave. location is the largest for the brand.

 

The decor in the store revolves around a metaphysical theme inspired by natural phenomena. A mushroom forest was created in the store to give each customer a magical and mystical shopping experience. Each mushroom is hand carved in cherry wood and extends over 30 feet from the lower to the upper level and turns into a canopy in the lounge area.
