Following a premiere, Charlotte Gainsbourg hit the carpet for the ''Women On Trial'' photocall during the 79th annual Cannes Film Festival at the Palais des Festivals on Tuesday(May 19th) in Cannes, France.

Wearing SAINT LAURENT of course, she wore a PRE-FALL 2026 shorts suits. Instead of wearing burgundy pumps, she opted for shiny burgundy knee length boots. For her the boots were a better choice because that's her style.

Also, I like the color story, but I feel like this is just to fall for me. It's not a bad look, just the wrong season. What do you think of Charlotte's?

On Sunday(May 18th) the 2025 Kering Women In Motion Awards and Cannes Film Festival Presidential Dinner was held during the 78th Cannes Film Festival at the Place de la Castre in Cannes, France.

Dakota Johnson and Halle Berry wore very similar silver crystal embellished dresses by GUCCI. Dakota's dress seems lighter in weight and more on the sheer side. Halle's dress appeared to be slightly heavier. Both ladies looked great, but I prefer HB's dress.

Charlotte Gainsbourg and Tais Vinolo attended the premiere of Prime Video's ''Étoile'' which was held at the Museum of Modern Art on Tuesday(April 15th) in New York City. 

Charlotte Gainsbourg is a loyal brand ambassador so it is no surprise that her dress is SAINT LAURENT. The black and gold velvet dotted mini dress featured one long sleeve and a high neck with a tie detail. In theory this is a cute mini dress, but it either needed to have no sleeves or two sleeves. Charlotte is never one to switch up her hairstyle, but an up-do would have been ideal.

Diane Kruger stoodout in a cobalt blut skirt suit from the BALENCIAGA FALL 2023 COUTURE collection. Love the color on her, but I feel like a statement necklace was needed. The black pumps are a bit basic, but with a strong look like this, it was needed.

Yesterday(March 8th) in Milan. Italy, Charlotte Gainsbourg attended the ''Suzanna Andler'' and ''Jane by Charlotte'' photocalls at the Anteo Palazzo Del Cinema.

Wearing SAINT LAURENT of course, she wore a black blazer with a chocolate brown shirt underneath and PRE-FALL 2021 brown velvet pants. You may remember that Michelle Pfeiffer wore the pants with the matching blazer in November 2021. 

Brown and black are a tough combination together and honestly, I wish that she wore the matching blazer or the pants in the other color in the look book, green. Also the pants needed to be hemmed but she knows how to rock a baggy look. This is just not my favorite though. What do you think of Charlotte's look?

The Saint Laurent FW2022 runway show took place today(March 2nd) during Paris Fashion Week and the celebs front row were wearing SAINT LAURENT SPRING 2022 unless otherwise stated.

Maude Apatow stood out the most wearing a floral, crisscross halter jumpsuit which was belted at the waist and pumps. I wish that she wore those pumps in red but other than that, she pulled this off.

Yesterday(February 13th) in Berlin, Germany, Charlotte Gainsbourg hit the carpet during the 72nd Berlin International Film Festival for ''The Passengers of the Night'' photocall and premiere. She wore SAINT LAURENT for both outings. 

For the photocall, she wore all black of course which featured a button down shirt and leather culottes, topped off with patent leather boots. This may not be the most exciting look but it works for her. 

For the premiere, she wore a black suit and again this look doesn't excite but it works for her. I just wish the pants were hemmed. I think YSL is a great label for her and now she is also partnering with Zara. I just think she needs to switch things up a bit more by adding a splash of color or something.

Following her last premiere in Venice, Charlotte Gainsbourg jetted back to Deauville, France for the premiere of ''Dune'' during the the 47th Deauville American Film Festival this evening(September 10th). 

Charlotte's style is predictable because she is almost always wearing SAINT LAURENT but it is never boring. Her ensemble is from the fashion house FALL 2021 collection. I would have preferred this as presented on the model but without the shirt underneath. 

However I like that Charlotte didn't wear this ensemble as presented in the look book. Her styling worked for her in a sexy and edgy, retro inspired interpretation that she is pulling off. She knows how to pick the unique pieces that suits her. What do you think of Charlotte's look?

Following her previous looks, Charlotte Gainsbourg hit the red carpet again during the 78th Venice Film Festival for the premiere of ''The Accusation'' this evening(September 9th). 

Wearing SAINT LAURENT by ANTHONY VACCARELLO of course, she wore a black sequin, backless mini dress which she rocked with sheer black stockings and black platform boots. The boots toughen up this sexy mini dress. This look may not be on tune for this type of carpet but it's a style that works for her.

Also if you know Charlotte, then you know she doesn't really wear makeup and her hair is always in the same tousled style which complimented her ensemble. While I am ready for her to switch things up on the carpet, her looks are never boring or repetitive but I would like to see her in something out of her style comfort zone. Today(September 5th) in Venice, Italy Charlotte Gainsbourg attended the 78th Venice Film Festival for the photocall and premiere of her new film ''Sundown.'' She wore SAINT LAURENT by ANTHONY VACCARELLO on both occasions. 

For the photocall, she wore a denim two-piece suit with a basic tank underneath, topped off with black leather boots. Even though her bra is showing, I still find this to be a very chic, cool look that worked for her. 

For the premiere, she rocked a black strapless, belted romper with scalloped edges and crystal embellished boots. The boots are clearly the star here, without them, this romper would have been a snooze.

It's a great suit look and it's right up Charlotte's style alley because she loves to wear suits. It doesn't standout like it did on Ruth & Emily but it's not a bad look. 

Jane Birkin went the suit route as well, wearing a look from the CELINE FALL 2021 collection. Thanks to her pale yellow, tie-neck blouse, her all black piece stood out next to Charlotte. Her look doesn't excite but it worked.

'Independence Day: Resurgence' LA Premiere Wrap-up

Vivica A. Fox and more hit the red carpet at the premiere of 'Independence Day: Resurgence at the TCL Chinese Theatre yesterday evening in Hollywood, CA. 

Jessie Usher wore a custom made two-piece white suit which was designed for him by his designer sister from her line EYANATIA. I wish he went with a more interesting footwear, like some loafers but this is not too bad. 

Joey King wore the BILL BLASS 'June' apron dress layered dress which featured a sheer mesh floral overlay and a stripe mini dress underneath. I can't say that I am crazy about this but it was a cute look for the young starlet. CASADEI sandals, IRENE NEUWIRTH jewelry and a ponytail completed her look. 

Liam Hemsworth kept it simple in a DOLCE & GABBANA black two-piece suit styled with a white button down shirt, a black tie and black dress shoes. This is your typical everyday, classic suit. Nothing exciting.
