Instagram Style: Midori Francis in RED Valentino to Promote ''After Life''

Midori Francis is promoting her Netflix series ''After Life'' and her stylist Sarah Slutsky posted her new look on instagram today(August 6th). 

She posed for the gram in a RED VALENTINO PRE-FALL 2021 ensemble which was accessorized with NADRI, MEGA MEGA & RITIQUE jewelry and CLERGERIE sandals. 

I feel like this dress would look great on its own but I do like the layered look. Instead of wearing the simple, sheer turtleneck that the dress was shown with in the look book, the dress was styled with a similar top with a neck tie. 

However I feel like the hair should have been completely off-the-shoulder because the neck tie detail gets lost because of it. Also this would have looked great with some Dr. Martens boots. Nonetheless, it's not a bad look. What do you think of Midori's look?

Instagram Style: Poorna Jagannathan in Ellery & Isabel Marant to Promote ''Never Have I Ever''

Last week Poorna Jagannathan promoted season 2 of ''Never Have I Ever'' and her stylist Sarah Slutsky posted her two new looks on instagram. 

Look 1:

For a press appearance, she wore the same ELLERY RESORT 2021 stripe ensemble that we first saw on Elaine Welteroth in March 2021. Something feels off here to me. I feel like this ensemble is a little too loose on her and the shape of the drape panel is weird. It's a weird design in general but with the loose fit, it really shows. Also I would swap out the CLERGERIE sandals for a simpler style. DEMARSON jewelry finished up her look.
