2018 CFDA / Vogue Fashion Fund Awards Wrap-up

Karlie Kloss wore one of her favorite designer brands,  BRANDON MAXWELL and she also walked the carpet with him. Her black split sleeve black mini dress was styled simply with black sandals. 

Uzo Adubo served up some cleavage action in a JONATHAN COHEN black & white, dotted-stripe silk floor length dress which was belted at waist. There maybe a lot of cleavage on display but shr still looked pretty. 

Chanel Iman who is a new mom, wore a JI OH white asymmetrical button shirt dress, featuring cold-shoulders and a belted waist. DYLANLEX earrings, a TYLER ELLIS bag and black boots finished up her look.

2018 Tony Awards Wrap-up

Kerry Washington was perhaps my favorite as she looked divine in this ATELIER VERSACE long sleeve embellished jumpsuit with a cutout back and a skirted waist. She served up a sultry, edgy look effortlessly. Side parted straight tresses, LORRAINE SCHWARTZ & OFIRA jewelry and CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN sandals finished up her look.

Tiffany Haddish wore a MICHAEL KORS COLLECTION silver floral lace embroidered jumpsuit which was accessorized with CHOPARD jewelry and a black clutch. A center part ponytail and a black clutch finished up her great. 

Uzo Aduba stood out in a custom marigold CRISTINA OTTAVIANO draped halter gown with a crisscross, pleated neckline and a side front short split. A flawless beauty look, LORRAINE SCHWARTZ jewelry and JIMMY CHOO sandals finished up her great look.

Condola Rashad in Jonathan Cohen at the 'Saint Joan' Broadway Opening Night Party

Following her first Broadway play starring role in 'Saint Joan', Condola Rashad posed for pictures at the opening night after-party at the Copacabana last night(April 25th) in New York City. 

She stepped out in a JONATHAN COHEN SPRING 2018 white printed floor gazing dress which featured princess sleeves, a square neckline and a cinched empire waist. 

Love this dress on Condola and it seemed to play off of her Broadway play story. However my only quibble is that a looks a little tight on the bust. Her beautiful braids which was highlighted with purple hair, topped off her look along with kohl rimmed eyes.

Condola Rashad in Vivienne Westwood at the 2017 Tony Awards

Condola Rashad might have followed in mom's Phylicia Rashad & aunt Debbie Allen's footsteps but she has made a name for herself on Broadway. Nominated for an awards, she attended the 2017 Tony Awards this evening(June 11th) at the Radio City Music Hall in New York. 

Working an all black look, she wore a VIVIENNE WESTWOOD strapless midi dress with the designer's signature pleated bustier bodice with gold & orange panels, a crossover skirt and a waistband which provided a pulled in waist. 

This may not be a wow moment but Condola looked great and she worked her dress on the carpet. She finished up with FRED LEIGHTON jewelry, JIMMY CHOO sandals, minimal make-up and a pulled back hairstyle.

'Billions' Series NYC Premiere Wrap-up

Along with Emmy Rossum, Malin Akerman, Condola Rashad & Maggie Siff hit the red carpet at the Showtime series premiere of "Billions" at The New York Museum of Modern Art last night in NYC.

Malin Akerman wore a THAI NGUYEN SPRING 2016 black beaded halter with the matching sheer skirt. Her look is something that we have seen a lot on the carpet. Instead of going with a colored lip, Malin opted for a natural make-up look and straight behind-the-ear locks which rounded out her beauty look. 

Condola Rashad wore a black & shimmer gold halter jumpsuit. While I thought she looked great in this jumpsuit, it's her shoe choice that brings down the look. A more interesting pair of heels, like a strappy sandal could have boosted her look. Senegalese twists and a smokey eye topped off her look. 

Maggie Siff wore a sleeveless black mesh layered dress with a cobalt blue embroidered trim on the bodice. Giving her look a little life, she added a pink lip to her beauty look. A bun with side swept bangs and peep toe pumps completed her look.
