Timothy Chalamet in a white GIVENCHY suit and this works for him. Baggy pants are a huge trend right now, so it is no surprise that the pants fit the way it does. He looked great either way.

‘A Minecraft Movie’ London Premiere

On Sunday(March 30th) the world premiere of ''A Minecraft Movie'' was held at the Cineworld Leicester Square in London.

Adria Arjona posed with partner Jason Momoa whom she was on-hand to support. Adria wore a VICTORIA BECKHAM SPRING 2025 iris purple plunging V-neck, crepe back satin gown. I think the gown would have worked better if it had a better fit and it was steamed. Jason coordinated with Adria, wearing a purple velvet suit and he looked great.

On Saturday(February 24th) the 30th Screen Actors Guild Awards was held at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall in LA.

Ayo Edebiri walked away a winner wearing a LUAR FALL 2023 black & white plaid dress. I like how the dress was draped off-the-shoulder on Ayo versus being worn as a hood. Even though I am not a fan of the fabric, she really worn this well.

Margot Robbie wore a BALMAIN SPRING 2024 pink & black dotted, rosette mini dress with the coordinating mules. There is no denying that this look is an ode to Barbie and she is making it work. However, an up-do would have been better.

On Sunday(December 10th) the 17th annual CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute was held at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City.

Amanda Seyfried wore a JASON WU PRE-FALL 2023 off-the-shoulder dress which featured a green sequin top and a black center front split skirt. I like the idea of this dress, but the straps around the arms and the bodice doesn't fit great on her. The dress looks much better in the look book.

Following the premiere, the cast of ''The Color Purple'' attended the photocall which was held at the IET Building: Savoy Place on Tuesday(November 21st) in London.

Fatansia Barrino stood out perfectly wearing a SERGIO HUDSON SPRING 2023 tweed blazer as a mini dress. I would have loved to see her wearing the dress as well and it looks slightly tight on the bust. However, you can't deny the color story looked amazing on her and I love the coordinating blue tights. Something I would definitely do.

A special screening of the highly anticipated, modern version of ''The Color Purple'' took place in London at the Vue West End on Monday(November 20th).

2023 Vanity Fair Oscar Party

Following the awards, the 2023 Vanity Fair Oscar party which was hosted by Radhika Jones took place at Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts on Sunday(March 12th) in Beverly Hills, California.

Daisy Edgar Jones with a mesh beaded dress by GUCCI, with a nude bodysuit underneath for coverage. She doesn't look bad but I kinda wish this was fully lined. 

Jodie Turner-Smith can make a trash bag look beautiful. I am not a fan of her GUCCI dress, mainly because that red velvet panel is a head scratcher. However, she is selling it and her beauty look was flawless. 

Salma Hayek also wore GUCCI, for the second time that night but I'm not loving her dress, especially the lace panels. 

Kate Hudson exuded sexy, elegance in a TAMARA RALPH COUTURE hot pink structured gown with a petal cape. The neckline is tricky but she pulled it off. I prefer this over the gown she wore to the awards.

The 75th Tony awards took place yesterday evening(June 12th) at Radio City Music Hall in New York City with Ariana DeBose as the host. 

Ariana Debose struck a pose on the carpet before her hosting duties wearing a custom BOSS dress. She looked gorgeous no doubt but I wish that cutout detail under the bust was left out.

Patina Miller looked beautiful wearing a Vintage BILL BLASS gown which was accessorized with  VERDURA jewelry and AQUAZZURRA heels.

Orange Is The New Black is coming to an end, and this evening(July 25th) in New York, Laverne Cox, Danielle Brooks and Diane Guerrero wore CHRISTIAN SIRIANO to the premiere at Lincoln Center.

Laverne Cox went out with an bang, making a dramatic entrance in a PRE-FALL 2019 strapless gown, which featured an velvet top and a lavender ruffle tier tulle ball gown skirt. She worked this gown on the carpet but I am not a fan of the hairstyle. She should have gone with something sleeker.

'BlacKkKlansman' NY Premiere Wrap-up

Bresha Webb, Laura Harrier and more were on hand for the 'BlacKkKlansman' premiere at the Brooklyn Academy of Music in New York yesterday evening(July 30th).

Damaris Lewis made a shiny entrance wearing a CHRISTIAN DIOR FALL 2018 silver metallic mini coat dress with a belted waist. Matching her accessories with her dress, she finished up with minimal make-up. 

Tiffany Haddish is beautiful but I can get on board with her black lace halter jumpsuit. From the quality & fit, it's just not a good look. 

Danielle Brooks wore a on trend ensemble featuring a printed kimono with a white tee-shirt underneath and white frayed hem jeans. While I wish the shirt was tucked it, it's the shoes that's got to go. They are simply out of place here.

On Saturday(May 12th) Sarah Gadon, Danielle Brooks, Alison Brie and Regina King posed together o the white carpet at the 'Rebels and Rule Breakers' For Your Consideration panel at Raleigh Studios Hollywood in LA. 

Sarah Gadon wore a VICTORIA BECKHAM SPRING 2018 sleeveless, crewneck calf length dress in lilac stretch organza. While she could have easily gown with white or silver heels, her pink CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN pumps coordinated nicely with her dress. A berry lip and center part tresses finished up her look. 

Danielle Brooks served up some cleavage action wearing a monochrome black & white stripe v-neck mini dress with a belted waist. She finished up with a high bun and tassel strappy sandals. 

Alison Brie wore a DSQUARED2 PRE-FALL 2018 black short sleeve mini dress with a logo hemline. A pop of color came via her lime green eye shadow which topped off her look along with STELLA LUNA ankle strap pumps. 

Regina King wore a green dress which stopped above her knees and featured a deep v-necline, long bell sleeves and contrasting gold floral embroidered panels. I love her hairstyle which topped off her look along with kohl rimmed eyes and metallic sandals.

Last night(November 6th) the 14th Annual CFDA Vogue Fashion Fund Gala took place at the Weylin in New York.  

Teyana Taylor wore the custom BAJA EAST 'Duckie' black long sleeve calf hair mini dress with a v-neckline and matching thigh-high boots. Rocking her signature pixie, she finished up her look with gold jewelry. 

Lala also wore a custom look from BAJA EAST. Her custom one long sleeve white crushed velvet ankle length dress featured a thigh-high split. Instead of wearing a strappy sandal, she opted for sheer sparkly CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN pumps. A wavy half-up, half-down hairstyle and JENNIFER FISHER jewelry finished up her look. 

Nicki Minaj wore a ALEXANDER WANG silk gown with a ball stud leather harness and snap front short. This look works for Nicki because it suits her style. A black fringe bag, black strappy sandals and center part long tresses finished up her look.

Blake Lively and more attended Variety`s Power of Women New York which was presented by Lifetime on Friday(April 21st) at Cipriani Midtown in New York.

Jessica Chastain wore a white & gold embroidered CAROLINA HERRERA knee length dress with short, knot detail sleeves and a v-neckline. To avoid a wash out, a fuchsia lip was added to her beauty look. I am still not crazy about the color on her but she doesn't look bad and her look worked for the occasion. A complimentary up-do and silver metallic STELLA LUNA pumps finished up her look.

Salma Hayek wore a BALENCIAGA RESORT 2017 black & white stripe peplum top with a draped panel and flutter sleeves. Her top was belted and paired with a black pencil skirt. I am not loving the pumps but her look works for the occasion. EDDIE BORGO jewelry, center part straight off-the-shoulder tresses, a red lip and a black clutch completed her look.

Ashley Graham worked her frame in a CUSHNIE ET OCHS dress which was adorned with a FLEUR DU MAL black lace-up corset belt. This look is giving me deja vu. ALISON LOU jewelry, SCHUTZ sandals, smokey eyes and straight off-the-shoulder tresses finished up her look.

Busy Philipps wore a JEFFERY DODD PRE-FALL 2017 elbow sleeve wave sequin floor length dress which she accessorized with JACOB & CO jewelry and a JUDITH LEIBER clutch. Love the color combo and the vampy lip complimented it.

Brie Larson kept it simple in a white JASON WU halter dress with a side front split detail. I actually like this dress but the styling is a snooze. Her black sandals were a safe choice. I think statement sandals and a bolder colored lip could have enhanced her look. REPOSSI jewelry finished up her look.

Following their attendance at the Costume gala, Lupita Nyong'o & Michelle Williams joined Danielle Brooks on the red carpet at the 2016 Tony Awards Meet The Nominees press conference at the Paramount Hotel in New York. 

Danielle Brooks looked cute in a black & white long sleeve off-the-shoulder top and a black leather pleated skirt which she styled simply with black pumps. Statement jewelry and side parted curls topped off her look. 

Lupita Nyong'o could not be missed in this sleeveless peach floral lace embroidered corp top with the matching skirt. When it comes to shoes, Lupita always falls in that department. Her black pumps don't work here at all. Ankles up, she is a beauty. EFFY jewelry topped off her look. 

Michelle Williams wore a black long sleeve LOUIS VUITTON belted mini dress with an gold embellished shirt collar. This is a simple but cute look. However I wish she went with an more interesting pair of heels to elevate it.
