2022 White House Correspondents Association Dinner

The 2022 White House Correspondents Association Dinner took place on Saturday(April 30th) at the Washington Hilton Hotel in Washington, DC. A few A-list celebs attended the event but it's still not the same since 2016 which was the last time we saw a ton of celebs on the carpet. 

Pete Davidson kept it very simple wearing a PRADA suit which he dressed down with VANS sneakers. I feel like the tie should have been a bit more interesting. 

Kim Kardashian sparkled in custom BALENCIAGA and even though this is a look that she wearing all the time, she indeed looked great.

Instagram Style: Drew Barrymore in Celine at the 2020 MTV Video Music Awards

Drew Barrymore was one of the virtual presenters for the 2020 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday(August 20th) and her stylist Lee Harris posted her look to his instagram page.

She posed for the gram in a gold long sleeve CELINE SPRING 2020 dress which stopped just below the knees. Instead of wearing the look book's belt, she opted for a statement style by SAINT LAURENT. 

However I kinda wish she kept the belt that the dress was shown with on the runway. It's simple and less focus pulling. There is a lot of gold going on in this look but I have to say, this is indeed one of her best looks in a long time and I like it.

The 2019 WWD Honors took place this evening(October 29th) in New York at the Intercontinental Barclay Hotel and a few celebs stepped out for the event. 

Iman can do no wrong in my book. She never fails me and this look proves that. She made a beautiful, dramatic entrance wearing a VALENTINO FALL 2019 COUTURE shiny cheetah print gown. While the shine and volume maybe overwhelming for some, Iman pulled it off with ease. She was easily the favorite here.

Lucy Liu Hollywood Walk of Fame Ceremony

Yesterday(May 1st) in Hollywood, California, Lucy Liu received an star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and of course her Charlie's Angels crew were on hand. 

Drew Barrymore wore a ETRO SPRING 2019 silk maxi length dress, which is designed with fluid zebra-print sleeves. The dress is cute but not flattering on her. Maybe she should have kept the runway belt. 

Lucy Liu looked pretty and she was my favorite here wearing a PETER PILOTTO SPRING 2019 draped, one-shoulder dégradé floral print silk maxi dress, with a matching sash. 

Demi Moore wore a MARCO DE VINCENZO FALL 2019 black, red and white checkered print, v-neck dress. Playing off her the hue on her dress, she wore coordinating red CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN pumps which topped off her look. 

Cameron Diaz retired from Hollywood and she kept it low key casual wearing a white long coat with a brown blouse underneath and denim jeans.

Drew Barrymore in SemSem at the 'Santa Clarita Diet' Season 3 LA Premiere

Making a rare red carpet appearance, Drew Barrymore attended the 'Santa Clarita Diet' Season 3 premiere at Hollywood Post 43 yesterday evening(March 28th) in LA.

Jumpsuits are an easy piece to wear no matter the occasion, and Drew chose a piece from the SEMSEM FALL 2018 collection. Her green pleated, crepe jumpsuit featured long split sleeves and wide-leg pants. This jumpsuit is right up Drew's style alley because whether hit or miss, she tends to wear alluring pieces. 

This jumpsuit definitely needed jewelry but I think she should have gone with the necklace or the earrings, not both. However this is probably not the most flattering piece on Drew, and the pants needed to be hemmed.  The TYLER ELLIS 'Perry' clutch finished up her look. What do you think of Drew's look?

2017 Glamour Women of The Year Awards

Last night(November 13th) the celebs stepped out for the 2017 Glamour Women of The Year Awards at the Kings Theatre in Brooklyn, New York.

Zendaya wore the VIKTOR & ROLF SOIR pink strapless pantsuit with half-draped trompe l’oeil detailing that is adorned with a generous Bonbon couture bow. I love the idea of this look but the fabric is not the best and the black pumps are just okay.

Nicole Kidman wore a CHRISTIAN DIOR SPRING 2018 black tier tulle, ankle length halter dress with pink underlining and a pink embroidered angel. The embroidered angel looks like a tiny baby hanging from breast. The placement is just bad. 

Tracee Ellis Ross wore the hibiscus PRABAL GURUNG SPRING 2018 'Cadman' cutaway ruffle dress with a split detail. Instead of wearing strappy sandals, she opted for red pumps. A matching red lip and her signature curls finished up her look.

Drew Barrymore in Marni at the 'Santa Clarita Diet' TV Series LA Premiere

Following her promotions of the Netflix series 'Santa Clarita Diet' in Spain, Drew Barrymore jetted back to LA for the premiere at ArcLight Cinemas Cinerama Dome yesterday(February 1st). 

Drew has been wearing all black on this promo tour so it is no surprise that she is wearing all black at the premiere. She wore a MARNI RESORT 2017 black bonded crepe dress with a crystal embellished bow & choker style neckline. She teamed her dress black sheer tights and GUCCI platform T-strap pumps.

Drew channels the hippie, boho style very well which totally suits and this cutesy dress is out of her zone. Also the shape doesn't suit her. Beauty wise, she kept it simple with minimal make-up and a half up half down hairstyle which was adorned with a DAUPHIN 18 carat white gold blue rhodium & 8 carat black diamond hair cuff. Drew Barrymore has been promoting her Netflix tv series 'Santa Clarita Diet' and on Friday(January 20th) she attended a special screening at the CineStar, Sony Center in Berlin, Germany. 

Working an all black look on the red carpet, she wore a the VANESSA SEWARD FALL 2016 'Chantilly' black long sleeve v-neck jumpsuit with lace insert, mother of pearls button closure an elastic cinched & belted waist and tapered legs. 

Drew knows how to make pieces fit into her boho style. I like this but I wish she didn't wear the black suede knee high boots. I think a peep-toe bootie style would have been a better choice. Center part waves, smokey eyes offset with a glossy lip and statement jewelry finished up her look.

Drew Barrymore was spotted on the red carpet this evening(January 8th) at the 74th Annual Golden Globe Awards at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA.

For her attendance, she wore a MONIQUE LHUILLER SPRING 2017 sheer tulle white & silver beaded floor length cold-shoulder dress with a cut-away back. Although it is not visible, there is a sheer illusion panel on the v-neckline on Drew's dress.  

Also she added nude underlining for coverage which I think worked in her favor. The dress looks a little tight on the waist but I wish the hair was off-the-shoulder. Overall, I am a fan of her look but the dress suits her style. HARRY WINSTON jewelry and smokey eyes finished up her look. Does Drew's look work for you?

The 'Eddie the Eagle' actress topped off her look with studded clutch, white pumps, a colored lip, gold jewelry and a side swept hairstyle. 

Sophia Bush wore the dress before Jo on Saturday(March 19th) at the 33rd Annual PaleyFest LA presentation of 'An Evening with Dick Wolf at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California. She polished off her look with side swept wavy ponytail, a colored lip and the STUART WEITZMAN 'Nudist' sandal in nude. 

Tamera Mowry wore the dress before Sophia & Jo on Saturday(February 20th) at the 2016 Make-Up Artists and Hair Stylists Guild Awards at Paramount Studios in Hollywood, CA. Her look was topped off with a bold red lip, a curly up-do, a silver clutch & sandals, diamond studs and a gold necklace.  

However Drew Barrymore wore it before all of them on October 25, 2015 at the 'Miss You Already' screening at The Museum of Modern Art in NYC. She topped off her look with an orange pout, center part waves and a grey pumps.
