On Tuesday(September 9th) Lily James and Myha'la Herrold hit the red carpet for the premiere of ''Swiped'' which was held during the 50th Toronto International Film Festival at the Roy Thomson Hall in Toronto, Ontario.

Lily James wore a 16ARLINGTON black strapless, and draped dress. I'm not totally sold on the design of the skirt, but it doesn't ruin the look. Lily still manages to pull it off. 

Myha'la Herrold wore a EMILI PUCCI colorful strapless, halter mini dress. The colors looked fantastic on her, and I thought this was a great look. However, I can't get onboard with the pump.

2018 Soul Train Awards

On Saturday(November 17th) the 2018 Soul Train Awards took place at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Erykah Badu who was on hand as a performer & honoree, wore an interesting piece courtesy of RICK OWENS. Her SPRING 2019 piece featured a geometric cutout cape & dress and metal headpiece. The only other person that can do this is Lady Gaga but Erykah owns it. 

Normani stepped out in a RAISA & VANESSA FALL 2018 black ruffle mini dress. This dress is really cute and short but the fit on the bust is unflattering.

Following her attendance at the Radio Disney awards, Skai Jackson was back on the carpet for the 2018 BET Awards this evening(June 24th) at the Microsoft Theater in LA. 

For the occasion, she wore an EMILIO PUCCI PRE-FALL 2018 ensemble which featured a white denim jacket with an embroidered collar, a pink ribbed logo turtleneck and white shorts. 

I think this is a cute ensemble but it's too hot for that turtleneck. A center part, curly ponytail, minimal make-up and metallic sandals finished up her look.

Rita Ora, Camila Alves and Charli XCX attended the 2017 Samsung's Charity Gala yesterday evening(November 2nd) at Skylight in New York.

Rita Ora wore a SOS STEVE SMITH FALL 2017 navy velvet two-piece suit which featured contrasting red lapels on the blazer and side panels on the crop trousers. While I don't favor her buckle detail booties, I do like this suit on her. Also I think she should have left the eye shadow out.

Camila Alves wore a white off-the-shoulder PAMELA ROLAND RESORT 2018 peplum dress with a beaded neckline and back split. With the exception of the make-up, I thought she looked great. A clear box clutch and STUART WEITZMAN sandals finished up her look. 

Charli XCX wore a EMILIO PUCCI FALL 2017 brown & orange velvet animal printed double breasted jacket with the matching flare leg pants. I actually kinda like this because it suits Charli's style.

Following their attendance at Mummy Day, Annabelle Wallis & Sofia Boutella jetted off to Sydney, Australia to attend the premiere of 'The Mummy' at the State Theatre yesterday(May 22nd).

Annabelle altered her dress from the runway version by adding a contrasting black tulle hem which I think she didn't need. It just got lost in the black carpet. Sofia Boutella shined, taking on the sheer trend wearing a PRABAL GURUNG FALL 2017 Bordeaux multi abstract camo hand embroidered floating crystal strapless gown with Bordeaux microbugle-beaded bodice and the Bordeaux multi-abstract camo hand embroidered floating crystal long sleeve turtleneck with covered button detail. Thankfully she ditched her mini bangs for a pulled back hairstyle which topped off her look.
