Joey King stepped out yesterday(January 29th) in LA for the 2020 Visual Effects Society Awards and her stylist Jared Eng posted her look to instagram.

She posed for the gram in a grey AREA cropped, bolero jacket and the matching trousers. The clear crystal, fringe loops added a playful finish to her masculine inspired suit. 

A pop of color was definitely needed with this grey suit and her blue CAROLINA SANTO DOMINGO bag and CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN pumps coordinated nicely with it.

Scarlett Johansson stepped out in Venice, Italy today(August 29th) for the photocall and premiere of her new film 'Marriage Story' at the Sala Grande during the 76th Venice Film Festival.

For the photocall, she wore a MICHAEL KORS COLLECTION RESORT 2020 ensemble which featured a light blue & black stripe, crop cashmere polo and grey cropped pleated trousers which were belted at the waist. I like this ensemble but the shape of the pants is not that great on her but it could be the way she is posing. Also while the sandals work with her ensemble, I wish she kept the look book's oxford's because the work so much better.

Ciara hosted the 2019 The Sports Humanitarian Awards and while there was no big red carpet preview, she showed off her look on instagram. 

She posed for the gram wearing a YANINA SPRING 2019 COUTURE black strapless velvet gown, with a an split neckline and feather sleeve cuffs. Yes the fabrication makes this off season, and I think it would sell better in the fall. 

However it worked for her hosting duties and she pulled it off but that split neckline sits better on the model than on Cici. HARRY KOTLAR earrings, a YVAN TUFENKJIAN necklace, JIMMY CHOO heels and straight tresses rounded out her look. What do you think of Cici's instagram style?

Following her Diamond Ball, Rihanna hit the black at the Fenty Beauty one year anniversary party which was held at the Sephora inside JCPenney in New York on Friday(September 14th). 

Whether hit or miss, Rihaana knows how to make herself stand out on the carpet. She wore a vibrant CALVIN KLEIN By Appointment fuchsia strapless, ruffle gown, with a split detail. Love the color but I can't say that I am a fan of design or fit on the bust. 

Also instead of wearing a metallic strappy sandals, she opted for matching crossover straps pumps which topped off her look along with HARRY KOTLAR earrings, a matching lip and side parted tresses. Did Riri draw you in with the vibrant hue?

Rihanna marches to her own style beat which is why she is a favorite on the carpet. She attended the 'Ocean's 8' premiere at Cineworld Leicester Square on yesterday(June 13th) in London.  

For the occasion, she wore a POIRET FALL 2018 gold crinkle metal-yarn fabric dress which featured an off-the-shoulder, a twist detail waist and a asymmetrical hemline. I actually like this dress for Rihanna because it's unique design & bold fabrication suits her edgy , sultry style.

However my only issue is the fit on the bust because it looks a bit too tight. She finished up with a flawless beauty look, a HARRY KOTLAR ring and GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI sandals. What do you think of Riri's look?

Angela Sarafyan & Tao Okamoto at HBO's 'Westworld' Season 2 LA Premiere

Along with Katja Herbers, Evan Rachel Wood & Thandie Newton, Angela Sarafyan and Tao Okamoto also attended HBO's 'Westworld' season 2 premiere yesterday evening(April 16th) at the Cinerama Dome in LA.  

Angela Sarafyan was a regal beauty wearing a HONOR bishop sleeve sequin dress with a plunging neckline. Her dress first appeared in the brand's SPRING 2015 collection in silk-chiffon version that was adorned with a colorful belt. I actually like the runway version as the colored belted enhances the appeal of the dress. However the sequin version is also a winner. AS29 earrings, a HARRY KOTLAR ring, straight tresses and minimal make-up finished up her look. 

Tao Okamoto turned to ELIE SAAB, wearing a SPRING 2018 sheer green, pink & black embroidered tulle dress with a high, cutout neckline and a belted waist. My only quibble is that I wish she wore pink sandals like the model did on the runway. It just takes the dress to the next level. Side swept tresses and minimal make-up finished up her look.

On hand as a presenter, Halle Berry hit the red carpet for the 49th NAACP Image Awards at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium yesterday evening(January 15th) in Pasadena, CA.

Working a see-through look, she wore a REEM ACRA FALL 2016 black & red strapless beaded sheer polka dot and lace gown with a long train detail. I feel like one wrong move of HB's gown, something maybe revealed.

She looks good in this gown but I like how things are less revealing on the model. JOELLE horn earrings, HARRY KOTLAR studs and ANIL ARJANDAS rings finished up her look. Are you feeling HB's sheer look?

On Sunday(November 12th) Chandler Kinney, Gina Rodriguez & Meagan Good attended the premiere 'The Star' at the Regency Village Theatre in Westwood, CA.

Chandler Kinney was my favorite wearing a SOPHIE ET VOILA color-block mini dress which featured a faux white t-shirt, a black ruffle, gathered neckline and a light blue ruffle sleeve dress. She accessorized her look perfectly with a black & black suede ankle boots by DISSONA. A center part curly braid and minimal make-up finished up her look. 

Gina Rodriguez looked great in a MISSONI printed mini dress with fringe cap-sleeve which paired nicely with her CASADEI pumps. Accessorized with HARRY KOTLAR earrings and HEARTS OF FIRE rings, she finished up with a high, center part bun. 

Meagan Good worked a simple but sultry look courtesy of ZEENA ZAKI. Her white dress with a train detail was styled with GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI sandals. A complimentary beauty look finished up her look.

2017 MTV Video Music Awards Wrap-up

Yesterday evening(August 27th) the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards took place at The Forum in Inglewood, California. To see all of the celeb looks, click HERE and continue below for the wrap-up. 

Nicki Minaj worked her frame in a latex ensemble which featured a VEX CLOTHING cut-out top and VENUS PROTOTYPE leggings. She dressed up her look with jewelry courtesy off LYNN BAN. While this is not my favorite look, it works for the VMA's. 

Teyana Taylor who payed homage to Janet Jackson's VMA's look from 1995, wore a white crop top with 'Underrated 7' on the back and black trousers with pockets which she utilized. Love this look, simple but with a sultry appeal. This girl has a nice body and I am glad the world is finally seeing her talents. 

Jasmine Sanders showed some skin in a custom chainmail crop top and the matching chainmail skirt from MOSCHINO BY JEREMY SCOTT. HARRY KOTLAR earrings, gold sandals, minimal make-up and straight off-the-houlder tresses finished up her look.
