'Red One' NY Premiere

Continuing on the promo tour, the cast of ''Red One'' attended another premiere for film which was held at Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center in New York on Monday(November 11th). 

Lucy Liu made a shiny entrance, wearing a gold gown from the MARCHESA FALL 2024 collection. The gown is too long on Lucy and it probably should have been shorten so that it had the high-low effect like it does on the model. Also, that sheer nude panel on the neckline is bothering me. It looks longer on Lucy and shorter on the model. I think this gown was more effective on the model.

2024 V&A Summer Party Celebrating 'Naomi: In Fashion'

On Wednesday(June 19th) the 2024 V&A Summer Party which celebrated 'Naomi: In Fashion', took place at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. All of the guests were wearing BOSS unless otherwise stated. 

Jodie Turner-Smith looked chic as always wearing a pink suit which was left unbuttoned. Her beauty look was flawless and the added the perfect finishing touch to her winning look. 

Naomi Campbell was the star of the night and she looked gorgeous wearing a custom faux wrap, halter dress. Flawless head to toe.

Lupita Nyong'o in Boss & Gucci at the 74th Berlin International Film Festival

Today(February 15th) in Berlin, Germany, Lupita Nyong'o attended the 74th Berlin International Film Festival jury photocall and the opening ceremony along with the ‘Small Things Like These’ premiere. Lupita has been tapped to be on the jury for the festival this year. 

Look 1:

For the jury photocall, she wore a BOSS suit. I dislike the fit of those pants on her and the shoes doesn't work for me. The head styling is perfection. 

Look 2:

For the premiere, she slipped into a white GUCCI cutout, embellished strap gown which was dressed up with DE BEERS jewelry. I'm not 100% sold on the design of the top, but boy does she make it look good.

Instagram Style: Marsha Stephanie Blake in Boss to Promote ''I'm Your Woman''

In November and December of last year, Marsha Stephanie Blake was doing virtual promotions for her new project ''I'm Your Woman'' and she posted another look to her instagram page this weekend from the press promo. 

She posed for the gram in a BOSS FALL 2020 grey two-piece suit. The fringe panel provided playful movement to her masculine inspired look. Love this suit and it was a great look for her virtual promo tour. 

However I do have some callouts. I wish that she kept the brooch on the jacket because it kept it alive along with the fringe. Also the sleeves looks a little too big and the pants needed to be hemmed. 

Nonetheless, she is a beauty and even with those callouts, she is selling the look. CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN pumps and a flawless beauty look put the finishing touches to her look. What do you think of Marsha's instagram style?

Patricia Clarkson wore a CHRISTIAN SIRIANO RESORT 2018 tea length dress which featured a black long sleeve top and a silver fringe, iridescent metallic skirt. The dress appears much shorter on the model due to a height difference but I think the length worked on Patricia. Side parted tresses, a colored lip, statement earrings, a silver clutch and black pumps finished up her look. 

German actress Emilia Schule wore a CHRISTIAN DIOR RESORT 2018 printed with logo straps. We have seen this particular silhouette from the fashion house in many variations including sheer. It has become a signature that is becoming a bit boring. However Emilia looked great for the opening.  

Toni Garrn wore a BOSS white sequin floor gazing dress with a cutout sides and a side split. She dressed up her look with sparkly rings & diamond studs which topped off her look along with silver sandals and a center part up-do.

The premiere of 'The Leisure Seeker' took place this evening(September 3rd) during the 74th Venice Film Festival in Venice, Italy.

Following her attendance at the amfAR gala, Diane Kruger attended the photocall & premiere of 'In The Fade' during the 70th annual Cannes Film Festival at Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France.

Yesterday evening(January 25th) Christina Ricci hit the black carpet at the premiere of Amazon's new series 'Z: The Beginning of Everything' at the SVA Theatre in New York. 

For the occasion, she wore a BOSS SPRING 2017 black dress which featured a sporty one-shoulder, multi-strap cut-out flirty top and a feminine pleated colorful panel skirt. The dress hits the calf on the model and the ankles on Christina due to height difference. 

I do prefer the model's length but for 5'1 Christina, the dress works on her as is. However if there is anytime that I would have liked to see a basic black pump, it's now. Those sand colored suede pumps don't coordinate at all with this dress. She finished up with a side parted bob, smokey eyes and a black clutch. What do you think of Christina's overall look?

Toni Garrn wore a FALL 2016 black wool blend knee length dress which she styled simply with a black clutch and sandals. This is a basic black dress which is cute but I think with better styling, her look could have been enhanced versus being boring.

During her Star Wars promo tour, Daisy Ridley delivered some great looks but she has been slipping on her style game since then. Yesterday evening she attended and won an award at the 2016 Jameson Empire Film Awards at the Grosvenor House in London. 

She hit the red carpet in a BOSS SPRING 2016 navy fringe embroidered and sheer panel stripe midi dress with a back split and a nude underlining. I like the dress and it fits nicely on her but I just feel the styling fell flat. 

I think a simple ankle strap sandal over her shimmery JIMMY CHOO ankle strap pumps would have been ideal. Also her look could have benefitted from a complimentary colored lip. Her look was topped off with a braided up-do. Does Daisy's styling work for you?
