Yesterday evening(June 10th) in New York, Ciara and Winnie Harlow attended the 2019 ACE Awards at Cipriani 42nd Street.
Ciara worked a playful, dramatic look from the GIAMBATTISTA VALLI FALL 2018 COUTURE collection. Her black crop feather embellished, tulle train top and black pleated, high-waist pants, were teamed with black feather sandals. The fit of the pants is off but I like the idea of this look. Also I am not sure if the pixie is real or a wig but it's cute.
