'Book Club' LA Premiere Wrap-up

Along with Jane Fonda, Katie Aselton, Alicia Silverstone and Mena Suvari hit the red carpet at the  'Book Club' premiere at the Regency Village Theatre yesterday evening(May 6th) in LA.

Katie Aselton wore the SELF-PORTRAIT crinkled plumetis tiered dress which featured black strapless, a lilac pleated bodice, a black waistband and a yellow pleated two-tier skirt. Allowing her dress to remain the focal point, the styling was kept simple. A VINCE CAMUTO clutch, black sandals and a ponytail with bangs finished up her look. 

Alicia Silverstone kept it simple in an all black look which featured a ULLA JOHNSON ruffle mini dress with leg-o-mutton inspired sleeves and cutout bow back pumps. ANA KHOURI jewelry and side parted layered tresses finished up her look. 

Mena Suvari worked her AMUR SPRING 2018 multi-stripe, pleated halter maxi dress with multi straps and a cutout bodice. Staying on the minimal route with the styling as well, she finished up with center part tresses and a gold clutch.

29th GLAAD Media LA Awards Wrap-up

Last night(April 12th) the 29th Annual GLAAD Media Awards took place at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA. To see all of the celeb looks, click HERE and continue below for the wrap-up. 

Chloe Moretz stepped out in a mint & pink ruffle sequin THE VAMPIRE'S WIFE dress which stopped just above her ankles and featured padded shoulder. I like that Chloe took this risk but this dress does not work on her, especially those shoulders. 

Erica Ash was the bell of the ball wearing a RITA VINIERIS black off-the-shoulder layered lace gown. Natural curls, a colored lip and statement earring finished up her look. 

Britney Spears tries to hard to be sexy and she is wearing another look that proves. I am not a fan of this look because the GIANNINA AZAR dress feels very familiar. Also she looks very uncomfortable.

Katie Aselton in Preen Line at the 'Legion' Season 2 LA Premiere

Katie Aselton hit the blue carpet on Monday(April 2nd) at the season 2 premiere of  'Legion' at the DGA Theatre Complex in LA.

For the occasion, she wore a PREEN LINE RESORT 2018 yellow & cobalt blue long sleeve ruched  ruffle panel dress which featured an asymmetrical hem. Katie's dress was shown in a different colorway in the look book. 

Love this dress on Katie and I think the CLARE VIVIER chain strap shoulder bag added a playful contrast to her look which worked. However I wish she wore her hair in off-the-shoulder or in a pulled back ponytail. Black ankle strap sandals finished up her look.
