On Wednesday(September 3rd) the ''Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale'' world premiere was held at Odeon Luxe Leicester Square in London.

Michelle Dockery debut her baby bump wearing a light blue satin PRADA gown with a draped panel that flowed into a train in the back. I can't say that I am a fan of the color for her.

Rita Ora showed off her décolletage in a custom 16ARLINGTON white and black graphic column dress, with a matching choker detail. I can't say that I am loving the eye make-up but she looked great in this dress.

Rihanna who was an honoree, struck a pose in a ensemble from her FENTY collection. When it comes to her style, Riri can do no wrong in my book but this is one of my least favorite looks. A flawless beauty look and HARRY KOTLAR studs topped off her look.

Nathalie Emmanuel looked beautiful wearing a custom PREEN BY THORNTON BREGAZZI PRE-FALL 2020 red sequin gown with a chiffon bodice. I am not that sold on the design but she sells it.

The 'Downton Abbey' cast is in New York to promote the film and yesterday evening(September 16th) they attended the premiere at Lincoln Center.

Laura Carmichael served up some leg action wearing a black & gold one-shoulder embellished, draped mini dress from the OSCAR DE LA RENTA SPRING 2020 collection. This silhouette has clearly become a signature for the fashion house but Laura looks great nonetheless. 

Michelle Dockery usually gives us bold, colored looks but instead she kept it simple in a black floor length halter dress, with a crisscross scrappy, cutout back. While this is not a bad look, it doesn't excite either.

2017 Fashion Awards Wrap-up

Zendaya, Suki Waterhouse and so many more attended the 2017 Fashion Awards at the Royal Albert Hall yesterday evening(December 4th) in London. 

Halima Aden looked pretty in a TOPSHOP black embellished top and skirt which she teamed with a vibrant red coat and black leather knee boots.

Rita Ora wore a VERSACE chain mail and sheer SWAROVSKI beaded floor grazing dress which she accessorized with LORRAINE SCHWARTZ jewelry and small clutch. The dress looks a little too tight on the bust but she looks good in it.

Selena Gomez wore a custom COACH ruffle satin & lace embellished which featured a key hole detail and pockets which she utilized. I am not loving the hair but the red lips & boots coordinates with the dress.

Laura Carmichael turned to her go to designer, CHRISTOPHER KANE. She wore a Fall 2017 red off-the-shoulder ankle length dress and black crisscross strap pumps. I like the dress but the length doesn't work with the shoes.

Laura Carmichael made her way back to the carpet yesterday evening(March 19th) for the Three Empire awards at The Roundhouse in London.

Turning to one of her go to brands, she wore a ERDEM PRE-FALL 2017 sleeveless pink embroidered & silver embellished peplum dress with a pleated skirt. In the look book, Laura's dress was shown with a detachable high neck collar which she ditched & did not need. 

Instead of wearing silver sandals which would have been a better option, Laura opted for black & gold embellished sandals. Also I would have loved to see Laura's hair in a up-do. What do you think of the styling of her look?

On this occasion, I wish she kept the choker that the dress was shown with in the look book. I like the dress but her look still doesn't excite. Side parted medium waves, a pink lip and black clutch topped off her look.

Making her first carpet appearance this year, Laura Carmichael attended the Variety Awards Brunch presented by Karma Automotive for the nominees, benefiting the Motion Picture Television Fund at Cecconi yesterday(January 28th) in LA.

Turning to her go to brand, she wore a ERDEM RESORT 2017 sleeveless tonal blue, white & black calf length dress with a v-neckline and a a ruffled white panel & hem. In the look book, Laura's dress was shown with a ruffled high neck bib with a black velvet tie detail which she left out.

However I don't like the look of the dress on Laura, I am drawn to the look book styling more. Also I don't like her shoe choice. Something on the simpler side would have been ideal with this dress. What do you think of Laura's look?

Laura Carmichael made her way back to the carpet for the 2016 British Independent Film Awards yesterday(December 4th) at the Old Billingsgate Market in London. 

For the occasion, she turned to one of her go to brand's, ERDEM. Her RESORT 2017 see-through long sleeve tonal blue, white & green floor length dress featured ruffled sleeves and a velvet waistband. 

In the look book, Laura's dress featured a white ruffled detachable high neckline which she removed. I actually like the dress with it but for Laura, she pulled it off without it. A complimentary up-do and a velvet clutch finished up her look.

While we don't get any wow moments from Laura Carmichael, she has delivered some great looks on the carpet. Yesterday evening(October 31st) she attended the 2016 Harper's Bazaar Women of The Year Awards at the Claridge Hotel in London. 

CHRISTOPHER KANE is one of Laura's go to brands so it is no surprise to see her wearing a look by the designer. Her look featured a navy long sleeve lattice cut-out top and a FALL 2016 floral pleated knee length skirt. 

Beauty wise, she kept it simple with a minimal make-up and side parted medium waves. Overall, this is a cute look but I don't think it stood out for the occasion. Metallic pumps finished up her look.

Laura Carmichael hit the red carpet twice today(October 5th) in London during the 2016 London Film Festival for the opening and the 'A United Kindom' photocall & premiere.

For the photocall, she wore a ORLA KIELY RESORT 2017 white sheer long sleeve layered mini dress with gold bee embroidery and a ruffled yoke. This feels a bit too cutesy for me but a simple up-do could have complimented the look. A pink lip and ankle strap sandals finished up her look. 

This evening for the premiere and opening gala, she slipped into a STELLA MCCARTNEY FALL 2016 sleeveless sky blue lace and pleated satin ankle length dress. The lingerie trend continues to be a go to look for celebs on the carpet. While she doesn't look bad, black sandals would have never been an option for me with this dress. A complimentary up-do and red lips finished up her look.

Laura Carmichael was one of the few that stood out in color this evening(September 18th) at the 68th Primetime Emmy Awards at the Microsoft Theater in LA. 

She wore a DELPOZO RESORT 2017 two-tone dress which featured a yellow sleeveless beaded embroidered bow detail v-neck top and a lavender tulle layered floor length skirt. 

This design & color combo makes an interesting statement as with all of the brands pieces. However I wish the hair was sleeker like the models or at least similar. Also the creased seam detail on the bust looks odd. Overall, I like the idea of this dress but she isn't selling it to me. Does Laura's look work for you?

Olivia Palermo, Laura Carmichael & Natalie Dormer at the Schiaparelli F/W 2016 Paris Haute Couture Show

Earlier today Olivia Palermo, Laura Carmichael and Natalie Dormer posed for pictures at the Schiaparelli F/W 2016 Paris Haute Couture fashion show in Paris. For the most part, they were wearing SCHIAPARELLI. 

Olivia Palermo was my favorite out of the bunch wearing a SPRING 2016 COUTURE printed embroidered jacket with a black & white stripe long sleeve blouse and white & black stripe tie waist pants underneath. Center part waves and silver sandals finished up her great look. 

Laura Carmichael looked great as well in a mint & white short sleeve beaded heart print mini dress which she kept interesting with floral orange embroidered sandals. Curly locks and a orange lip finished up her look.

Natalie Dormer wore a sheer black long sleeve button down tie neck shirt with contrasting metallic hearts which she paired with wide leg trousers. I am not to crazy about the trousers on her or the pointy pumps but waist up, she looks good.

Laura Carmichael looked beautiful yesterday evening(April 3rd) for her attendance at the 2016 Olivier Awards at The Royal Opera House in London. 

Turning to one of her go to brands, she wore a ERDEM SPRING 2016 dress. She wore the brand's 'Cassandra' long sleeve silk-blend fil coupé dress. Laura's dress hit the runway unlined but her version with it's elegant nature, worked in her favor.

The alluring feminine floral dress is merged together with delicate botanicals & juicy berries, while the gathered panels adds subtle volume to her dress. A side parted sleek bun and a fuchsia lip topped off Laura's look. Does the lined version work for you as well?
