Lea Michele in Michael Kors Collection at the 'Just In Time' NYC Broadway Opening Night

On Wednesday(April 23rd) Lea Michele made her way to the red carpet for Broadway opening night of the new Bobby Darin musical ''Just in Time'' which was held at The Circle in the Square Theatre in New York City. 

Turning to one of her go to designer brands, she wore a MICHAEL KORS COLLECTION SPRING 2025 brown knit dress which was belted at the waist. The wide belt was featured throughout the designer's Spring 2025 collection, but I don't think it was needed with this dress. 

This dress is fitted, with a simple but sultry appeal. The wide belt competes with that. Also, I wish the dress was a little shorter, in a true midi length. 

I am not sold on the pumps, but given the length of the dress, it was the best shoe choice. Overall, it's not a bad look but the styling could have used an edit. What do you think of Lea's look?

''Wicked'' NY Premiere

On Thursday(November 14th) the cast and more attended the premiere of Universal Pictures 'Wicked' was held at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City. 

Ariana Grande wore a pink strapless, LOUIS VUITTON satin peplum dress with coordinating pumps. The problem here is that Ariana doesn't have the height to pull this off. Also, I am not a fan of the fabric. 

Cynthia Erivo served up some drama wearing a custom CHRISTIAN DIOR COUTURE gown. I am glad that it's not green but the green eye-shadow was a great touch. She looked amazing.

37th Footwear News Achievement Awards

On Wednesday(November 29th) the 37th Annual Footwear News Achievement Awards took place at Cipriani South Street in New York. 

Jessica Simpson wore a FJOLLA NILA sheer jewel embellished dress and this would have looks so much better in her lined.

Karrueche wore a custom BRANDON BLACKWOOD creation. It looks like fabric was tied around a bodysuit. However, she made it look so good.

Yesterday evening(June 11th) in New York, the 76th Tony Awards was held at the United Palace Theatre with Ariana Debose on hand as the host. 

Lupita Nyong'o wore an interesting suit by MISHA JAPANWALA. I know we have seen similar tops like this by Tom Ford, Loewe and The Blonds but she is working. Overall, I don't hate it but I am not loving it either. 

Dylan Mulvaney showed off her décolletage in a CHRISTIAN SIRIANO off-the-shoulder, corset gown. Have we seen a similar Siriano gown like this before? Plenty, but it's dramatic and works for the occasion.

Yesterday evening(January 30th) hit the carpet for the premiere of a ''Knock at the Cabin'' which was held at at Lincoln Center's Frederick P. Rose Hall in New York City. 

Nikki Amuka-Bird sparkled beautifully in a green sequin gown from the VALENTINO 2022 PARTY COLLECTION. However, my only issue is the neckline. It is too wide on her. Maybe a necklace could have helped.

Last night(October 17th) at The Glasshouse in New York, the God's Love We Deliver 16th Annual Golden Heart awards took place and all of the guests were wearing MICHAEL KORS COLLECTION. 

Jessica Alba made a rare appearance on the black carpet wearing a SPRING 2023 black one-shoulder dress which she accessorized with a gold clutch & jewelry and STUART WEITZMAN sandals. The gold accessories definitely saved this from being plain but gold statement earrings could have elevated it.

On Monday(April 25th) Lea Michele hit the red carpet for the New York premiere of 'Spring Awakening: Those You've Known' at Florence Gould Hall. 

She chose a JASON WU COLLECTION SPRING 2022 black fine gauge knitted slip dress and the sexy see-through dress is right up her style alley. I am glad that she didn't wear nude briefs like the model did on the runway because the black briefs looks so much better.

However I would have loved to see this dress fully lined. Nonetheless it was a great look for Lea. MELISSA KAYE jewelry and JIMMY CHOO heels finished up her look.

Lea Michele has never been to the top of the Empire State Building in New York until today(December 3rd). She was on hand for the 2019 Holiday Light Show. 

The actress stepped out in a ULLA JOHNSON FALL 2019 sleeveless white, black and marigold stripe, long belted vest with a black turtleneck underneath. I like the idea of her look but I wish she ditched the matching belt for a basic leather style. 

On the beauty end, she kept things simple with light make-up and a center part ponytail which topped off her look along with a CHANEL bag and black patent boots.
