79th Cannes Film Festival 'Karma' Premiere

On Friday(May 15th) the cast and more hit the red carpet for the premiere of ''Karma'' during the 79th annual Cannes Film Festival at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France.

Marion Cotillard wore a CHANEL RESORT 2027 black leather, drop waist dress. We have seen a lot interesting look from the fashion house that didn't translate well off the runway. I actually like this and its suits her really well.

'The Meg' LA Premiere Wrap-up

Ruby Rose, Li Bingbing and more attended 'The Meg' premiere yesterday evening(August 6th) at the TCL Chinese Theatre in LA.

Jessica McNamee who is one of the stars in the film, worked the split on her DAVID KOMA navy strapless dress which she accessorized with ZOE CHICCO jewelry and JIMMY CHOO sandals.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was on hand to support fiance Jason Statham wearing a STELLA MCCARTNEY black gown featuring a short train in the back. I like how simply beautiful & sexy she looks here. BELADORA jewelry, DAVID WEBB earrings, JIMMY CHOO sandals and a slick up-do finished up her look.

Holland Roden wore a AZZI & OSTA SPRING 2018 pink sleeveless, cutout top and red satin structured pants with lace underlay. The structured detail looks like something growing out of her leg. However you can't deny how amazing she looks in those structured pants & I love the color combo. She accessorized with CIRARI & MEIRA T jewelry and SOPHIA WEBSTER sandals which topped off her look.

Li Bingbing in Georges Hobeika Couture at 'The Meg' LA Premiere

Li Bingbing has also been on the promo tour for the film 'The Meg' and yesterday evening(August 6th) she attended the premiere at the TCL Chinese Theatre in LA.

At first glance, this reminded my of Prada but it is actually a GEORGES HOBEIKA FALL 2018 COUTURE gown. Her sleeveless off-white embellished gown which swept the floor and featured a cutout cape back detail. 

I thought Li looked beautiful in the gown and the red lip and sparkly diamond jewelry added some extra sparkle to her overall look. However it's a little too long on her but still beautiful. She finished up with a complimentary up-do.

Cafe Society 69th Cannes Film Festival Premiere & Opening Ceremony Wrap-up

Vanessa Paradis who is also a jury member, wore a CHANEL RESORT 2017 pastel lace embroidered short sleeve dress with an sequin embellished flower on the shoulder. Vanessa's dress was adorned with a silver belt on the runway but she left it out. However she didn't need it but an up-do would have been complimentary to her look. 

Frédérique Bel wore a ZUHAIR MURAD SPRING 2016 black and rose embellished v-neck gown. I like the gown but the styling doesn't work for me. The hairstyle is a bit matronly and while the black & white stripe clutch was a nice edition, it feels too heavy. 

Victoria Beckham kept it simple in one of her designs from the FALL 2016 collection. While I like her strapless black jumpsuit with an contrasting white panel, it doesn't work for a Cannes premiere, maybe a photocall. Also the fit of the pants leg is just bad and the pointy toe pumps doesn't help.
