'Practical Magic 2' LA Premiere

Following the London photocall, the cast were back on the carpet for the LA premiere of ''Practical Magic 2'' which was held at the Directors Village theatre on Monday(August 31st).

Nicole Kidman served up a little leg in a custom ATELIER VERSACE by PIETER MULIER. She served us with a sexy, edgy look but I dislike the choker and the matching pumps. Also, I wish the lining covered the entire dress and the short lace panel seems so unnecessary. The skirt should have been straight, not asymmetrical. 

Sandra Bullock wore a custom by velvet dress with a contrasting white collar and cuffs by LOUIS VUITTON. Generally speaking, she looked beautifully, but that long pointy collar is bugging me along with that sheer panel which looks unflattering against her skin. Also, it's still pretty warm in August, so the velvet fabric is confusing.

Zoe Saldana in Vaquera at the 79th Locarno Film Festival

Zoe Saldana struck a pose on the black carpet where she was honored with the ''Special Honorary Pardo'' award during the 79th Locarno Film Festival on Monday(August 10th) in Locarno, Switzerland.

Utilizing her pockets, she wore the VAQUERA SPRING 2026 black lace trade shorts which she styled with a black tank and black MM6 MAISON MARGIELA ballet flats. Given how she is dressed, I guess it's safe to assume this wasn't a dressy affair.

If she was going for something casual and comfortable, she definitely achieved that. I don't mind her all black look, she could have easily made it more interesting with some jewelry and/or her ballet flats in a colored hue. What do you think of Zoe's look?

Adele Exarchopoulos in Maison Margiela at the 79th Cannes Film Festival ''Grance'' & ''Orange Flavoured Wedding'' Photocalls

Following her previous outing, Adele Exarchopoulos more two more appearances during 2026 Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, France. For both appearances, she wore MAISON MARGIELA. 

On Monday(May 18th) for the ''Grance'' photocall, she opted for a somewhat business look that featured a charcoal grey suit. I like everything except the scarf on her head. 

On Wednesday(May 20th) for the ''Orange-Flavoured Wedding'' photocall, she opted for a chic, flirty masculine inspired look in which she showed just a hint of midriff. I love this, but I don't like the choker. She definitely needed a necklace, but this one isn't working for me.

Following the Milan premiere, another premiere of ''Avatar: Fire And Ash'' was held at the BFI IMAX Waterloo on Thursday(December 11th) in London with Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang and Oona Chaplin making appearances on the red carpet. 

Sigourney Weaver wore a custom velvet gown by MAISON MARGIELA. It's a simple, but pretty look. However, I feel like she needed a necklace, brooch or ring to elevate her look.

Stephen Lang wore a VIGGO LONDON shimmer navy and black suit and I thought he looked great. I kinda wish a brooch was added to his jacket, but it doesn't change the outcome of his look.

Luna Wedler and Enzo Brumm attended the photocall for ''Silent Friend'' during the 82nd Venice International Film Festival on Friday(September 5th) in Venice, Italy. 

Luna Wedler wore a MM6 MAISON MARGIELA FALL 2025 button down shirt with the matching trousers. My only quibble with this ensemble are the shoulder pads. I wish that they were removed because they don't look flattering. Also, I could see a metallic or colored pump being paired with this instead.

Jonathan Bailey, Scarlett Johansson & Mahershala Ali at the 'Jurassic World Rebirth' Berlin Premiere

Following the London premiere, Jonathan Bailey, Scarlett Johansson and Mahershala Ali hit the red carpet in Berlin, Germany on Wednesday(June 18th) for another premiere of ''Jurassic World Rebirth'' which was held at Zoo Palast.

Jonathan Bailey wore an all black ensemble which he topped off with MAISON MARGIELA black loafers. I kinda wish that he wore a colored button down shirt and I dislike the loafers because of the split toe detail. It just looks weird.

Scarlett Johansson wore a custom BALMAIN FALL 2025 black strapless, column dress. I wish the experiment with her eye makeup would stop. The colored lip was all that she needed. 

Marhershala Ali is the blueprint because he always serves up a great look. It's so refreshing to see him back on the red carpet and there are no notes for this custom TOM FORD FALL 2025 look other than perfect.

On Tuesday(May 6th)  Tom Cruise, Pom Klementieff and Hayley Atwell hit the red carpet for the premiere of ''Mission Impossible: - The Final Reckoning'' which was held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building in Tokyo. 

Tom Cruise turned to his go to suit brand BRIONI. As always, his look was simple, a black two-piece suit which was styled with a black button down shirt and black shoes. A brooch or pocket square could have made his look more interesting.

Pom Klementieff wore a MAISON MARGIELA SPRING 2018 COUTURE dress with CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN pumps. You could appreciate the fashion risks, and that's all. It's eye-catching in a what was she thinking sort of way.

Following the Amsterdam premiere, Renee Zellweger along with costars Leo Woodall and Chiwetel Ejiofor returned to the carpet for another photocall for the 'Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy' which was held at the hotel de la ville in Rome on Wednesday(February 5th).

Renee Zellweger dipped into the MAISON MARGIELA archives for this FALL 2014 black belted jumpsuit. I feel like the jumpsuit would work if the white stripe panel was removed and if the fit were better.

The 77th Cannes Film Festival kicked off today(May 14th) in Cannes, France and the jurors struck a pose during the photocall. 

Eva Green hasn't been on the carpet in a while and she stepped out in an ensemble from the VIVIENNE WESTWOOD FALL 2024 collection. Her all black ensemble was styled with black ROGER VIVIER pumps. On this occasion, I don't think that she needed the rings or bracelet. Also, I like the pieces that she is wearing, but they don't necessarily compliment each other.

Today(February 16th) in Berlin, Germany, Hunter Schafer hit the red carpet for the premiere of ''Cuckoo'' which was held during the 74th Berlinale International Film Festival.

Look 1: 

For the premiere which was held at Berlinale Palast, she wore a MAISON MARGIELA SPRING 2024 COUTURE ensemble. I'm not a fan of this look, but Hunter is known for rocking interesting looks on the carpet. Also, head styling is not working for me. The look comes more alive on the runway thanks to the dramatic hairstyle.

Following her attendance at the Academy gala, Jessica Chastain joined Eddie Redmayne in New York to continue promoting ''The Good Nurse'' at the premiere which was held at the Paris Theater last night(October 18th).

Jessica Chastain chose a dress from the CAROLINA HERRERA FALL 2022 collection. On the runway, Jessica's one-shoulder, bow mini dress was shown in pink. However the white was a better color choice for her but I prefer the pink myself. I think this cute mini deserved a better shoe choice than the black one's that she is wearing. Gold metallic or a colored heel would have added some life to her look. Other than that, she looked great.

Katy Perry in MM6 Maison Margiela at Carbone

Before her big performance on SNL, Katy Perry was spotted arriving for dinner at Carbone in New York on Thursday(Janaury 27th) with partner Orlando Bloom.

It was definitely really cold on that night but clearly that didn't bother Katy because obviously she went from car to door. She didn't wear a warm coat with her MM6 MAISON MARGIELA RESORT 2022 denim ensemble. 

The brown patch long coat was styled with a white top underneath with the matching cargo, denim pants. Her denim ensemble was faded, with a white overtone and and accessorized with coordinating brown leather boots. 

This maybe a resort look but the color makes it flow into the fall/winter season and the lips added to that along with providing a touch of color to her look. For a casual dinner outing, this look did the job.

Instagram Style: Doja Cat in Dolce & Gabbana for a Video Shoot

If you follow Doja Cat's style, than you know she tends to wear a lot difficult pieces. She is shooting a video for a new project and her stylist Brett Nelson posted her BTS look to his instagram page. 

She posed for the gram in a DOLCE & GABBANA FALL 2021 over-sized patchwork blazer, with a gold bra underneath and sheer white, tulle leggings. I saw a very short BTS video of her dancing in this ensemble and I think it worked for that purpose. 

If this was for a red carpet, a huge no for me but I do like the blazer in general. Also I am not feeling the MAISON MARGIELA boots but again, for her video performance, it served it's purpose. But I love the futuristic eye makeup and earrings which complimented her ensemble. What do you think of Doja's instagram style?

For the photocall, she wore a ACNE STUDIOS SPRING 2019 black embellished two-piece suit, with a white embellished shirt underneath. Cate is known for rocking suits on the carpet and she nails it every time. 

For the premiere, she slipped into a MAISON MARGIELA SPRING 2018 COUTURE black layered lace and colorful pleated metallic halter gown, which was nipped at the waist. Loving this look head to toe, beautiful and elegant.

Rihanna in Margiela at the 2018 MET Gala

Co-host Rihanna came fashion slaying as always this evening(May 7th) at the 2018 MET Gala, Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.

Of course she took on the night's theme wearing a MARGIELA heavily silver embellished jackets with the matching strapless mini dress, a matching clutch and matching bishop Catholic hat. Her pope inspired look was definitely one of my favorite's of the night.

However I think the dress is a bit tight on the bust but she nailed the theme and she looked great doing it. Instead of wearing a strappy sandal, she opted for crystal embellished LOUBOUTIN pumps which topped off her look along with a statement necklace.
