Ahead of the new season, Mandy Moore attended the red carpet premiere of 'This Is Us' at Paramount Studios yesterday evening(September 25th) in LA.

Turning to to AZZEDINE ALAIA, she wore a FALL 2018 long sleeve red & black beaded embroidered, floor gazing dress, featuring a v-neckline and a cinched waist. 

Mandy is wearing her AA dress backwards and while I like the v-neck in the back, she looked great in this dress. LE VIAN & MAXIOR JOIAS rings, she finished up with an up-do and minimal makeup. Do you prefer the v-neck in the back or front?

Laura Dern, Kristen Wiig & Hong Chau at the 'Downsizing' LA Premiere

Yesterday evening(December 18th) Laura Dern, Kristen Wiig and Hong Chau hit the white carpet at the Omaha Steaks sponsored premiere of 'Downsizing' at the Regency Village Theatre in LA. 

Laura Dern went the dark route wearing a VASSILIS ZOULIAS FALL 2017 black long sleeve velvet & lace panel dress with a tie neckline and a belted waist. I don't mind that she lined the skirt for coverage but the LA PERLA bra underneath doesn't work for me. Also the dress has a lot going on and I don't think the LOUBOUTIN boots coordinates with it. I like that she is stepping up in the style department but the end results seems to fall flat. FERNANDO JORGE jewelry, side parted waves and a red lip finished up her look. 

Kristen Wiig wore a black & white floral MARC JACOBS SPRING 2018 one-shoulder floor length dress with a draped shoulder panel that flows into a train and a split detail. I like this dress because it's a standout piece. She doesn't wow in it but it was a great choice. AS29, MAXIOR JOIAS & JENNIFER MEYER jewelry and CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN sandals finished up her look. 

Hong Chau sparkled in a ALEX PERRY RESORT 2018 silver long sleeve sequin midi dress which was accessorized with a white clutch and white CASADEI satin pumps. Instead of going with a colored lip, she opted for a natural nude lip which was offset with a silver smokey eye. A complimentary up-do and silver earrings finished up her look.

Kerry Washington in Prabal Gurung at the 48th NAACP Image Awards

As one of the nominees, Kerry Washington was on hand for the 48th NAACP Image Awards at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium yesterday evening(February 11th) in Pasadena, California.

She hit the red carpet in a PRABAL GURUNG PRE-FALL 2017 black lace embroidered floor length dress with long bell sleeves and a side split. Kerry's dress was shown with a belt in the look book and she definitely should have kept. 

It just made the dress look a bit flattering, proportion wise. Also the dress is a little too long on her. Hair & make-up is simple but still beautiful. Neck down, this is a no for me. MAXIOR JOIAS jewelry and JIMMY CHOO heels finished up her look. What do you think of Kerry's look?

Angela Bassett in A.L.C. at the 'Underground' TV Series LA World Premiere

Following her attendance at the London Has Fallen premiere, the beautiful Angela Bassett hit the red carpet at the 'Underground' TV series world premiere at The Theatre in the Ace Hotel in LA.

The actress stepped out in a A.L.C. ensemble which featured a white sleeveless crossover v-neck crop top and black high waist trousers. 

Even for a premiere, this is actually a cute ensemble but it's on the boring side. A red lip and some sparkly statement bracelets could have enhanced her look. However the top is a bit ill-fitting. CASA REALE hoops, a MAXIOR JOIAS ring and a side parted layered cut completed her look.

2016 BAFTA's Wrap-up

Angela Bassett wore a GALIA LAHAV magenta gown which featured a sheer illusion back panel and a ruched train detail. Looking at the pictures of her from the back, I wish the illusion panel matched her skin. However the color looked beautiful on her and she wore this well. A JIMMY CHOO clutch & sandals, MAXIOR JOIAS jewelry and a sleek center part bob completed her look. 

Dakota Johnson wore a CHRISTIAN DIOR red silk Georgette ruffled detail gown. Love the color along with the matching red lip but I still feel underwhelmed with the overall look. 

Saoirse Ronan wore a custom BURBERRY strapless firework sequin appliqué column dress styled with silver GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI sandals and a statement necklace. I am on the fence about the necklace as I feel it doesn't coordinate well with her dress. A wavy ponytail, kohl rimmed eyes and a soft pink lip completed her look.
