Instagram Style: Midori Francis in RED Valentino to Promote ''After Life''

Midori Francis is promoting her Netflix series ''After Life'' and her stylist Sarah Slutsky posted her new look on instagram today(August 6th). 

She posed for the gram in a RED VALENTINO PRE-FALL 2021 ensemble which was accessorized with NADRI, MEGA MEGA & RITIQUE jewelry and CLERGERIE sandals. 

I feel like this dress would look great on its own but I do like the layered look. Instead of wearing the simple, sheer turtleneck that the dress was shown with in the look book, the dress was styled with a similar top with a neck tie. 

However I feel like the hair should have been completely off-the-shoulder because the neck tie detail gets lost because of it. Also this would have looked great with some Dr. Martens boots. Nonetheless, it's not a bad look. What do you think of Midori's look?

Instagram Style: Sonam Kapoor in Mariam Alsibai & Red Valentino for Girls Night Out

Sonam Kapoor was heading for a girls night out on Friday(October 2nd) and of course she posted her look to her instagram page. 

She posed for the gram in a MARIAM ALSIBAI FALL 2020 black & white stripe coat, with a RED VALENTINO PRE-FALL 2020 puffy sleeve & bow waist top and black ankle length pants underneath. 

I like the pieces that she is wearing but the top doesn't sell well with those high-waisted pants. For me, that coat is the star here. That monochrome design is simple but chic. 

A GABRIELA HEARST bag, MANOLO BLAHNIK pumps, smokey eyes, and a up-do put the finishing touches on her look. What do you think of Sonam's instagram style?

Naian Gonzalez Norvind & Ludovica Martino at the ''New Order'' 77th Venice Film Festival Premiere

Following her arrival, Naian Gonzalez Norvind joined Ludovica Martino on the red carpet this evening(September 10th) for the premiere of ''New Order'' during the 77th Venice Film Festival in Venice, Italy.

Naian Gonzalez Norvind coordinated with the carpet, in a vibrant red strapless gown by PRONOVIAS which she accessorized with BULGARI jewelry. Love the color but the gown is a bit basic in design which is why I would add a statement ring, bracelet or necklace. 

Ludovica Martino wore a RED VALENTINO ruffle tier, organza gown with a contrasting plaid waist sash. Ludovica's gown is based off of the brand's Fall 2020 collection. I kinda wish the top was the same as the skirt and I would change the plaid waist sash for black because it isn't working for me. There is just so much going on with this dress but I really like her red lip.

Elizabeth Lail was spotted leaving the AOL Build Series today(October 17th) in New York following her appearance where she discussed her role in the upcoming film 'Countdown'. 

Braving the windy NYC weather, she wore a RED VALENTINO RESORT 2020 blue long sleeve lace d'esprit trim and floral printed ankle length dress. This maybe off-season but it was a great look.

Along with Gemma Chan, Brie Larson is also out in Singapore for the 'Captain Marvel' press events. She posted her promo look to her instagram page earlier today(February 15th). 

She posed for the gram wearing a RED VALENTINO SPRING 2019 blue & white pleated shirt dress, featuring a sheer dotted panel sleeves and a belted waist. I like the fit of the dress more on Brie than the model. 

However I would swap out those black pumps for black oxfords. It would give this dress a chic, masculine finish which would elevate the overall look. Nonetheless, the dress was a great look for the press event. What do you think of Brie's instagram?

Her dress which was belted at the waist, was shown in a midi version in the look book. However the knee length version worked in her favor but I kinda wish she added a colored lip.

Hulu's 'Marvel's Runaways' TV Series Season 1 Premiere

Ever Carradine, Angel Parker, Virginia Gardner, Ariela Barer and Allegra Acosta hit the black carpet at the Hulu 'Marvel Runaways' TV series season 1 premiere yesterday evening(November 16th) at the Regency Bruin Theatre in LA. 

Ever Carradine wore the yellow MARIA LUCIA HOHAN 'Marshala' long sleeve metallic foiled mousseline dress with Chantilly lace decorating the bodice and skirt. If this looks familiar, that's because Chloe Bennet wore it in mint last month. Keeping her look interesting, she accessorized with a sparkly clutch, HEARTS ON FIRE & LE VIAN jewelry and turquoise pumps. A pink lip and center part waves finished up her great look. 

Angel Parker wore a custom DIMPLE & AMRIN sleeveless black & white floral embroidered halter dress with cutouts and side front split. She looks pretty but I feel like something is missing which could take her look to the next level. Maybe a colored lip. LE VIAN jewelry and black sandals finished up her look. 

Virginia Gardner wore a RED VALENTINO FALL 2017 black sheer tulle, layered dress with Gothic patches and three-quarter sleeves. I think this dress would have looked great on Virginia styled with black boots but instead she opted for ankle strap sandals which also worked. A dark red lip, side parted waves, ATELIER SWAROVSKI FOR LANVIN earrings and a black clutch finished up her look.

To promote her new film, Aubrey Plaza attended the screening of 'The Little Hours' during the 2017 Los Angeles Film Festival at Arclight Cinemas yesterday(June 19th) in Culver City, California. 

She hit the red carpet in a RED VALENTINO FALL 2017 black sheer long sleeve floral embroidered layered midi dress. For me, I can't say that I am loving the design or quality of this dress. 

I like the floral embroidery on the waist only and the embroidery on the skirt looks as if it is pointing to her lady part. The placement is for odd. CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN pumps, smokey eyes and a ponytail finished up her look. What do you think of of Aubrey's look?

Continuing on the promo tour, Nina Dobrev attended the 'xXx: Return of Xander Cage press conference and premiere in Hollywood, CA on yesterday(January 19th).

First she attended the press conference at The Four Seasons hotel wearing a RED VALENTINO PRE-FALL 2017 sleeveless red & black houndstooth print mini dress with a ruffled black collar and side pockets which I wish she didn't utilize. Nina ditched the tie neck detail the dress was shown with in the look book but she didn't need it. Instead of wearing black heels, Nina opted for the VALENTINO nude 'Rocketed' strappy pump. 

Later on, she attended the premiere at the TCL Chinese Theatre wearing a ELIE SAAB SPRING 2017 strapless black crepe double split dress with a silver, gold & red sequin bodice. I was on board with this look until I saw her SOPHIA WEBSTER white bridal pumps. I am not sure why she would pair those with this dress. A strappy sandal would have been ideal. A side parted wavy cut and a beaded clutch finished up her look.

2017 NBCUniversal Winter TCA Tour Press Tour - Day 2

On Wednesday(January 18th) the 2017 NBCUniversal Winter TCA Tour - Day 2 took place at the Langham Hotel in Pasadena, CA.

Jaimie Alexander stood out in a vibrant pink CHRISTIAN SIRIANO RESORT 2017 ruffled cold-shoulder dress which was shown in the look book in a floor length version. She matched her dress nicely with STELLA LUNA pumps which also topped off her look along with matching small drop earrings and a silver bracelet & rings. 

Jennifer Lopez made a stunning entrance at the PCA's but before that, she showed some leg wearing a GUCCI RESORT 2017 black belt detail leather mini skirt and a OSMAN white pussy bow shirt. A ponytail, smokey eyes and LOUBOUTIN heels finished up her look. 

Vanessa Hudgens rocked an edgy all black look which featured a ADEAM FALL 2016 black long sleeve off the shoulder deconstructed blazer and the J BRAND L8001 mid-rise stretch leather skinnies. Black pumps and straight tresses topped off her great look.

I really can't wait to see this film 'Split' but it does look a bit scary. Anya Taylor-Joy has been out promoting the film and on Thursday(January 12th) she attended the photo call in Madrid, Spain at the Villamagna Hotel.

For her appearance, she wore a RED VALENTINO RESORT 2017 two-piece ensemble which featured a shimmery gold & black ribbed sweater and a tulle midi ruffled tier skirt. Anya's skirt was shown unlined in the look book but the actress lined hers for the photocall. 

I don't mind the lined skirt but this look is nothing exciting. Overall, I just think pieces from the Valentino collection would be better suited for her. A side swept ponytail and CHARLOTTE OLYMPIA sandals finished up her look. How do you prefer the skirt, lined or un-lined?

For me, while this doesn't scream wow, she looked looked beautiful. An espresso smokey eye offset with a pink lip and a sleek bun finished up her look.

Natalie Portman made her way to the 73rd Venice Film Festival in Venice, Italy today for the photocall and premiere of 'Jackie' today(September 7th).

At the photocall, she wore a RED VALENTINO RESORT 2017 sheer ivory floral velvet embroidered ankle length dress with a contrasting ruffle hem & sleeves. The dress was shown in the look book with an contrasting green velvet waist tie which I wish she kept. It added a touch of balance to her look. 

At the premiere this evening, she wore a VALENTINO RESORT 2017 white & black off-the-shoulder ruffled embroidered mesh layered gown. Natalie once again chose a loose fitting dress which I don't think compliments her. There are rumors that she maybe pregnant which may be the reason for the loose fitting dresses. She looks pretty but I don't find myself getting excited. A complimentary up-do, smokey eyes and a statement cuff & earrings finished up her look.
