24th Latin Grammy Awards

Following her attendance at the Harper's Bazaar WOTY awards, Nieves Alvarez and more attended the 24th Annual Latin Grammy Awards which was held for the first time outside of the US at the FIBES Conference and Exhibition Centre in Seville, Spain on yesterday(November 16th).

Shakira lead the way wearing a custom HARRIS REED black gown with a cutout waist and  a metal hardware piece on the bodice. I feel like the bodice didn't need to the cutout detail. 

Anitta wore a red cutout dress and tie-around sandals by DSQUARED. I feel like she didn't need a focus pulling sandal with this dress.

Fendi F/W23-24 Haute Couture Fashion Show

Following appearances at the Schiaparelli show & Iris Van Herpen shows, Cardi B, Camila Cabello and more attended the Fendi Couture F/W 2023/2024 runway show at Palais Brogniart on Thursday(July 6th) in Paris. All of the celeb guests were wearing FENDI.

Cardi B sparkled beautifully in a gold sequin dress. This was her first couture run and it's safe to say that she didn't disappoint. 

Lily James wore a simple black v-neck dress which was belted at the waist. This wasn't a bad look but the styling made it a snooze. A more interesting pair of shoes and jewelry could have enhanced this.

'Elvis' 75th Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Following another premiere, Rebeca Hall and more attended the premiere of 'Elvis' this evening(May 25th) during the 75th Cannes Film Festival.

Noomi Rapace looked gorgeous wearing DRIES VAN NOTEN FALL 2022. She looked amazing, although I would swap out the bracelet for a ring instead.

Shakira in MacDuggal at the Zootopia LA Premiere

Shakira's style seems to be going down the tween route and that's not a good thing. Yesterday she hit the red carpet at the premiere of Zootopia at the El Capitan Theatre in LA. 

She wore a MACDUGGAL sleeveless printed pink rose brocade fit 'n' flare dress with a beaded peter pan collar. The dress seems to have been altered from the look book version which featured cap sleeves and beaded flap pockets. 

Shakira was working with stylist Mariel & Rob(Ciara, JLo, Gwen Stefani) but from the instagram post from the brand, she is working with Kate Mara's stylist. The dress is just too tween and tight. Maybe she is dressing like this because the movie but at any rate, this is not a good look. Also that ponytail and heavy platform pumps doesn't help. What do you think of Shakira's look?

Shakira in Alice + Olivia at the 'Zootropolis' Barcelona Premiere

I am a fan of Shakira but sometimes I can't get on board with her red carpet looks. Yesterday she attended the 'Zootropolis' premiere at Cinesa Diagonalo in Barcelona, Spain. 

She hit the green carpet in the ALICE + OLIVIA 'Desra' black & white sleeveless dress with a shirt collar, a lace top and mini skirt. This is one of those why would you do that looks. The styling is just bad. 

First off the dress is way too tween for her, the hair should have been off-the-shoulder and most importantly, those boots shouldn't have been nowhere near this dress. The KATE SPADE clutch doesn't really coordinate either but it's not the worst thing here. Love you Shakira but this look is a no.
