Ulla Johnson LA Store Opening

On Thursday(October 19th) Ulla Johnson celebrated the opening of her LA store with an intimate dinner that included some celeb guests all wearing ULLA JOHNSON.

Dakota Fanning wore a mint green and lace slip dress from the SPRING 2024 collection. The dress was shown on the runway in black but I think Dakota pulled off her version.

Nordstrom NY Flagship Opening Party

Nordstrom opened a flagship store in rainy New York and last night(October 22nd) a few celebs stepped out for the launch party.

Zoe Saldana led the way wearing a FENDI PRE-FALL 2019 ensemble which featured a green logo pocket coat and a black silk-twill & lace pleated dress. I think this is a dress that Zoe could have pulled off but I wish she had it shorten mid-calf. Also I would swap out those shoes for an ankle strap sandal.

Aritzia Fifth Ave. Flagship Grand Store Opening

ARITZIA opened it's first NYC store today at 600 fifth Ave. at Rockefeller Center. The store is 13,000 sq. feet with two floors of luxury women's fashion. Aritzia has fifty-three locations in the US but this fifth Ave. location is the largest for the brand.

The decor in the store revolves around a metaphysical theme inspired by natural phenomena. A mushroom forest was created in the store to give each customer a magical and mystical shopping experience. Each mushroom is hand carved in cherry wood and extends over 30 feet from the lower to the upper level and turns into a canopy in the lounge area.

You are sure to have a magical shopping experience when in this store. The Canadian brand launched in 1984 with price points generally in the contemporary range and below. The collection is in-house and caters to fashion forward women who wants to look stylish and comfortable. To find out more details about the brand and to find out if a store is near you, please go to www.aritzia.com.

Rebecca Taylor Opens in the Meatpacking District in NYC

Rebecca Taylor opened a new flagship store on 34 Ganesvoort street in the Meatpacking district in NYC on March 23, 2011 and the nasty weather didn't stop celebrities from coming out. Katrina Bowden, Selita Ebanks and Gossip Girl's new star Tika Sumpter( above) all came out to celebrate the opening with the designer who was also on hand at the soiree. They all wore pieces from Rebecca's new collection. Michelle Tractenberg and Alice Eve was also in attendance. Rebecca is known for her flirty and girlie pieces in which I absolutely love. Her spring 2011 collection has a lot of must have pieces to complete your spring wardrobe.

Guess 5th Avenue Preview Store Opening

Last night in New York I had the pleasure of attending the preview opening for the new GUESS flagship store on 5th avenue. Guest sipped on cocktails while browsing the store however I really enjoyed the sweets bar. This is the store's largest flagship location and the place is beautiful. The two level store features artwork and my favorite a denim rug made up of vintage jean patches. The whole structure of the store is simply amazing but the clothing was the best part. My must-have item is the black "Lou Lou" romper that MTV's "The Seven" host Julie Alexandria was wearing. Rompers are a big trend right now. The first floor carries the fashion forward and exclusive pieces made specifically for that location along with accessories. The second floor carries the mens clothing and of course more women's clothing. Trust me ladies you won't be disappointed with the new GUESS collection and they also have an amazing collection for men. Continue to see more photos from the event.
