For the occasion, she turned to FRAME, wearing their FALL 2018 cheetah, shawl collar jacket with the matching shirt underneath and the matching slightly cropped tuxedo pants with side pockets which she utilized.  

Playing off of the cheetah print, she styled her suit with similar leopard sandals by NINE WEST. I like the mash of prints because the black trimming & tie subtly balances it out. Nicole Kidman and Tatiana Maslany were making their rounds in Toronto, Canada during the 2018 Toronto Film Festival and yesterday(September 10th) they attended the premiere of 'The Destroyer'. 

Nicole Kidman worked a power suit courtesy of BOTTEGA VENETA RESORT. Her RESORT 2019 ensemble featured a white front pocket, notch lapel textured blazer, white lace & silk panel collared ruffle blouse and straight leg textured pants with a chain detail. This suit was simple but with a sophisticated appeal and it worked for the occasion. A touch of color came via her pink lips which topped off her look along with pearl embellished earrings and nude heels.

Kerry Washington was perhaps my favorite as she looked divine in this ATELIER VERSACE long sleeve embellished jumpsuit with a cutout back and a skirted waist. She served up a sultry, edgy look effortlessly. Side parted straight tresses, LORRAINE SCHWARTZ & OFIRA jewelry and CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN sandals finished up her look.

Tiffany Haddish wore a MICHAEL KORS COLLECTION silver floral lace embroidered jumpsuit which was accessorized with CHOPARD jewelry and a black clutch. A center part ponytail and a black clutch finished up her great. 

Uzo Aduba stood out in a custom marigold CRISTINA OTTAVIANO draped halter gown with a crisscross, pleated neckline and a side front short split. A flawless beauty look, LORRAINE SCHWARTZ jewelry and JIMMY CHOO sandals finished up her great look.

Annalise Basso looked great in this ANTONIO GRIMALDI COUTURE indigo blue silk crepe gown with inlaid embroidery detail which she accessorized with an EDIE PARKER clutch and STUART WEITZMAN sandals. Love her red hair with this dress but I wish it was off-the-shoulders.

Tracee Ellis Ross who was a nominee, wore a custom RALPH LAUREN cream-colored one-shoulder dress which featured a hand-pleated & hand-draped silk chiffon overlay and silk charmeuse inlays. The cut-out waist added a flirty appeal to her all white look. I just wish she wore strappy sandals over her OLGANA PARIS white crossover strap pumps. DE GRISOGONO earrings, minimal make-up and a sleek, pulled back up-do finished up her look.

Angela Bassett was on hand to support hubby Courtney B. Vance who walked away a winner. The actress shined in her CHRISTIAN SIRIANO FALL 2016 yellow v-neck dress with wide, split long sleeves. Angela had the v-neckline shorten which worked for her. The color looks beautiful on her.
