Ariana Grande in Giambattista Valli Couture at the 62nd Grammys Awards

Ariana Grande didn't make it for her performance last year but she made it to the red carpet ahead of her performance yesterday evening(January 26th) at the 62nd Annual Grammys Awards at the Staples Center in LA. 

Ariana maybe petite but that doesn't stop her from wearing big, dramatic gowns. She wore a custom GIAMBATTISTA VALLI grey strapless, ruffle tier tulle gown and grey satin opera gloves. You would think that this would overwhelm her but it actually didn't.

I like dramatic piece and Valli is one of those designers who knows how to give it to you. However the style is very familiar because we have seen it in many variations by the designer. Also her look wouldn't be the same if she wasn't wearing her signature ponytail. Chrissy Teigen & John Legend at the 62nd Grammys Awards

Chrissy Teigen joined husband John Legend on the red carpet yesterday evening(January 26th) for the 62nd Annual Grammys Awards at the Staples Center in LA.

Chrissy Teigen chose an orange YANINA SPRING 2019 COUTURE ruffle floor length dress with a plunging neckline, peplum waist and a pleated slit detail skirt. The dress is cute on her but her look is a bit too orange. I kinda wish she carried a different colored clutch over the coordinating orange TYLER ELLIS piece or accessorized with colored stone jewelry. Off-the-shoulder tresses and GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI sandals finished up her look.

John Legend wore a ALEXANDER MCQUEEN SPRING 2020 grey two-piece with a pleated panel coat, white button down shirt and black boots. I like suit but those boots is wearing him and it is not a good look.

On hand to accept an award and for the tribute to Nipsey Hussle, Lauren London attended the 62nd Annual Grammys Awards at the Staples Center in LA on Sunday(January 26th).

Lauren suited up perfectly in a PAMELLA ROLAND FALL 2019 look. I actually wish that she kept the sheer organza top because the suit looked chicer & sexy with it but it also works without. 

Also the pants really needed to be hemmed and I hope that this is a trend that ends soon. Nonetheless, she looked great for the occasion. A complimentary beauty look and silver jewelry put the finishing touches on her look.

Billy Porter wasn't going to let Lil Nas X take all the spotlight because he came through in a custom BAJA EAST look. The hat was the star here because it was controlled by his stylist with a remote control which allowed it to open & close with a push of a button.

Before she walked away a winner and her big performance, Rosalia along with Dua Lipa wore ALEXANDER WANG to the the 62nd Annual Grammys Awards at the Staples Center on Sunday(January 26th) in LA. 

Her claws was out as always, as she rocked glitter silver stiletto nails while posing in a ALEXANDER WANG SPRING 2020 red leather dress and sandals.  The dress which was belted at the waist, featured an asymmetrical fringe hem that provided playful movement to her look. I like the red hue but I actually prefer the dress on the model. The model made the black look sexy and edgier. Also the dress doesn't feel like a Grammy red carpet look.

Ahead of their performances, Lizzo and Camila Cabello posed on the red carpet on Sunday(January 26th) wearing ATELIER VERSACE at the 62nd Annual Grammys Awards at the Staples Center in LA.

Lizzo came through looking beautiful in a custom ATELIER VERSACE white dress which was embroidered by hand with Swarovski crystals in the House's Milanese atelier. She completed her look with a crystal-enriched faux fur stole. She was easily one of my favorites. She finished up with RENE CAOVILLA sandals and a simple but flawless beauty look.

Nick Jonas is wearing a gold, wool blend, single-button, peak lapel tuxedo, gold knit top with asymmetrical crew neck detail, and loafers, all by Ermenegildo Zegna XXX. I feel like is suits are always a bit small.
