Rosamund Pike at the 'A United Kingdom' 2016 London Film Festival Photocall & Premiere

Rosamund Pike hasn't been on the red carpet in a while but the actress returned today(October 5th) to promote her new film 'A United Kingdom' at the photocall & premiere during the 2016 London Film Festival in London. 

At the photocall, she stepped out in a short sleeve red and black floral & dotted embroidered knit dress which she paired with black suede ankle booties. Keeping the styling simple, she finished up her looks with minimal make-up and a side parted bob. 

For the premiere, she stepped out in a GIVENCHY FALL 2016 COUTURE ensemble which featured a white beaded & feather one-shoulder, side split long dress with black ankle length trousers underneath. I've always like the dress & trousers combo but I can't say that I am loving this particular set.

Laura Carmichael hit the red carpet twice today(October 5th) in London during the 2016 London Film Festival for the opening and the 'A United Kindom' photocall & premiere.

For the photocall, she wore a ORLA KIELY RESORT 2017 white sheer long sleeve layered mini dress with gold bee embroidery and a ruffled yoke. This feels a bit too cutesy for me but a simple up-do could have complimented the look. A pink lip and ankle strap sandals finished up her look. 

This evening for the premiere and opening gala, she slipped into a STELLA MCCARTNEY FALL 2016 sleeveless sky blue lace and pleated satin ankle length dress. The lingerie trend continues to be a go to look for celebs on the carpet. While she doesn't look bad, black sandals would have never been an option for me with this dress. A complimentary up-do and red lips finished up her look.

'A United Kingdom' 2016 London Film Festival Premiere Wrap-up

Along with Laura Carmichael & Rosamund Pike, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Jessica Oyelowo and Terry Pheto also hit the red carpet yesterday evening(October 5th) at the 'A United Kindom' premiere in London during the 2016 London Film Festival. 

Gugu Mbatha-Raw wore a BROCK COLLECTION RESORT 2017 ensemble which featured a lavender pleated ruched tank and a lavender & gold jacquard beaded hem midi skirt. When it comes to her red carpet looks, Gugu always keeps it simple which tends to work for her. Her signature natural curls, a berry lip color, an EDIE PARKER clutch and gold sandals finished up her look. 

Jessica Oyelowo is in the film alongside husband David Oyelowo. She stepped out in a RUBIN SINGER PRE-FALL 2016 strapless pewter iridescent gown which she looked great in. A complimentary up-do, drop earrings and minimal make-up finished up her look. 

Terry Pheto wore a African print gown from LEOPARD FROCK BY MARIANNE FASSLER which she accessorized with a DOLCE & GABBANA leopard small bag. I love a printed look especially when it has pops of color. However this feels a bit too costume-y for me.

Following her attendance at the A United Kingdom premiere, Gugu Mbatha-Raw attended the  LFF Connects Television: 'Black Mirror' screening during the 60th BFI London Film Festival at the Chelsea Cinema yesterday evening(October 6th) in London.

Turning to WES GORDON for her look, she wore the designer's RESORT 2017 silk floral knee length dress with contrasting black lace embroidered straps and trimmings. The dress takes on the lingerie trend which has been a big trend on and off the red carpet. 

Honestly I can't say that I like this dress, the color or the fit on her but she is pretty. ILEANA MAKRI earrings, SYLVA & CIE rings, a JIMMY CHOO clutch, black sandals, a sleek, pulled back up-do and minimal make-up completed her look.

Along with Elizabeth Debicki, Gillian Anderson hit the red carpet for ''The Crown'' Season 5 premiere at the Theatre Royal at the United Kingdom yesterday evening(November 8th). 

Gillian has a few select brand's that she tends to gravitate towards and CHLOE is one them. She wearing a denim, grommet embellished dress with side pockets which she utilized. 

I really like this dress on Gillian. It's edgy but with a chic approach. A complimentary beauty look and GIANVITO ROSSI out the finishing touches on her look.
