Tracee Ellis Ross in Suno at the REFUGEE Exhibit Opening

Tracee Ellis Ross knows how to deliver great looks on & off the carpet which is why I like her style. However we all have our off days. Last night she attended the Annenberg Space for Photography REFUGEE exhibition opening in LA.

She hit the red carpet in a SUNO FALL 2016 long sleeve sheer navy & silver metallic flower detail floor length dress with the matching tie waist and ruffle panels on the neck, waist & hem. The dress was layered with a midi navy slip on the runway but instead Tracee opted for a navy lace bra and a navy skirt.

Thankfully she ditched the shimmery turtleneck panel because it was not needed. Tracee's look boast a futuristic vibe which was on tune for a space exhibit and with that said, I do prefer the presentation of the dress on the runway minus the turtleneck panel. Also I don't get the black tote, love it but it doesn't work with this dress. However I lover her twisted, bantu lock inspired hair. Gold earrings topped off her look. Is Tracee selling this look to you?

Kristen Bell in Camilla & Marc at the REFUGEE Exhibit Opening

Making a shimmery entrance, Kristen Bell was on hand at the Annenberg Space for Photography REFUGEE exhibition opening last night in LA.

She hit the red carpet in a CAMILLA & MARC SPRING 2016 silver metallic midi dress with a v-neckline and a back split detail. Kristen altered her dress from the runway version which featured a sheer white contrasting hem.

I understand why she removed the sheer paneled hem as the dress would have been too long on her but I miss the detail as it added a flirty interesting touch to the dress. Also a colored lip and sandals over her metallic JIMMY CHOO pumps would have been ideal. JENNIFER FISHER jewelry and a short wavy cut topped off her look. Do you miss the sheer panel hem as well or does Kristen's look work without it?

Emilia Clarke in Alexander McQueen at the REFUGEE Exhibit Opening

So far this year, Emilia Clarke has delivered some not so great looks but she also served up some good ones. Last night she hit the red carpet at the Annenberg Space for Photography REFUGEE exhibition opening in LA.

For the occasion, she wore a ALEXANDER MCQUEEN PRE-FALL 2016 black sheer long sleeve embroidered dress with a v-neckline, a jewel embellished & red lip embroidered peplum waist and a black & pink pleated hem skirt. Emilia's dress was modified a bit from the look book version which featured a plunging neckline.

The dress also looks longer on Emilia probably because she is shorter than the model but her length works for her. Minus the bra showing on the model in the look book version, I still prefer this styling more. However Emilia did look great and the shorter v-neckline worked in her favor as well but I don't like her shoe choice. VITA FEDE earrings, GRAZIELA GEMS & EF COLLECTION rings, pulled back short ombre locks and a colored lip topped off her look. What do you think of Emilia's look?

REFUGEE Exhibit Opening Wrap-up

Mindy Kaling, Amy Adams, Rashida Jones and more hit the red carpet at the Annenberg Space for Photography REFUGEE exhibition opening last night in LA. To see all of the celeb looks, click HERE and continue below for the wrap-up.

Mindy Kaling looked cute in a black sleeveless MOSCHINO dress with white and red braided trimming. Beauty wise, she went with straight tresses with side swept bangs and a complimentary red lip. DANA REBECCA DESIGNS earrings, EFFY rings and PROENZA SCHOULER sandals topped off her look.

Amy Adams seems as if she will never change her red carpet look opting for a dress from DOLCE & GABBANA which we have seen on her in similar styles. KURT KURT GEIGER gold pumps and beautiful center part wavy tresses topped off her look.

Rashida Jones wore silver paisley coat with a black split detail dress underneath. I don't like the shape here, her look comes off a but matronly and those black pumps doesn't help the situation either.
