Blanca Banco wore a orange one-shoulder scalloped edge mini dress with ruffle hem from the VICTORIA BECKHAM COLLECTION FOR TARGET. This is a cute dress but I don't like the fit of the top on her.

Meagan Holder looked great in the REFORMATION 'Maddie' black & white star print shirtdress styled with the STUART WEITZMAN 'Nudist' sandals. Her sheer dress was layered for coverage. 

Rachel Boston wore a red LAVISH ALICE center front split dress with tie shoulders. I don't like the red clutch with this dress but other than that, she looks great. Wavy tresses and the STUART WEITZMAN 'Nudist' sandals finished up her look.

Yara Shahidi was all smiles on Friday(June 2nd) for the 14th Annual Step Up Women's Network Inspiration Awards Luncheon at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA.

For the occasion, she wore a ADEAM SPRING 2016 indigo deconstructed shirtdress with an illusion of a white shirt underneath which featured cold-shoulders.

This cute dress looked great on Yara and I like that she rolled the sleeves which keeps it youthful. A JOHN HARDY ring, the TAMARA MELLON 'Reverse Frontline' sandals and a natural, curly pulled back hairstyle finished up her great look.
