Before her presenting duties, Laverne Cox posed on the red carpet at the 29th Annual GLAAD Media Awards took place at The Hilton Midtown in New York City.

Working the split on her dress, she chose a TADASHI SHOJI FALL 2018 black sheer panel and sequin cap sleeve gown with a thigh-high split. A matching band was added to to give her a cinched waist.

On the beauty end, she went with half braided & loose curly hairstyle and smokey eyes which was offset with nude lips. H. STERN jewelry and custom KENNETH COLE sandals finished up her look.

On hand as a presenter, Lea Michele attended the 29th Annual GLAAD Media Awards yesterday evening(May 5th) at The Hilton Midtown in New York City.

Lea Michele wore a two-tone REEM ACRA PRE-FALL 2018 tea length dress which featured a strapless grey sequin & beaded bodice and a black pleated skirt. In the look book, Lea's dress was shown with a contrasting lime green ribbon belt which I wish she kept. 

It added a nice colored contrast to her look. However it doesn't hurt her look without it. Accessorized with TACORI diamond studs and ROGER VIVIER sandals, she finished up with a braided up-do. Are you missing the green ribbon sash?

Yesterday evening(May 5th) Alexis Bledel was a presenter at the 29th Annual GLAAD Media Awards at The Hilton Midtown in New York City.

She turned to her go to designer brand, J. MENDEL wearing a SPRING 2018 sapphire flutter sleeve metallic velvet gown. Alexis had her dress shorten from the look book version and she also removed the the contrasting black belt. 

While the black belt works in the look book, I think on Alexis version, it works perfectly without it.  Loving the metallic & velvet combo and the dress was altered a little to suit her style. An EMM KUO clutch, NADINE AYSOY jewelry, NICHOLAS KIRKWOOD 'Zaha' sandals, a slick, side parted up-do and fuchsia lips finished up her look. Are you missing the black belt?

Last night(April 12th) the 29th Annual GLAAD Media Awards took place at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA. To see all of the celeb looks, click HERE and continue below for the wrap-up. 

Chloe Moretz stepped out in a mint & pink ruffle sequin THE VAMPIRE'S WIFE dress which stopped just above her ankles and featured padded shoulder. I like that Chloe took this risk but this dress does not work on her, especially those shoulders. 

Erica Ash was the bell of the ball wearing a RITA VINIERIS black off-the-shoulder layered lace gown. Natural curls, a colored lip and statement earring finished up her look. 

Britney Spears tries to hard to be sexy and she is wearing another look that proves. I am not a fan of this look because the GIANNINA AZAR dress feels very familiar. Also she looks very uncomfortable.

Following her attendance at the Daily Front Row awards, Kiersey Clemons attended the 29th Annual GLAAD Media Awards at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA last night(April 12th). 

Serving up some leg action, she wore a LOUIS VUITTON SPRING 2018 black textured & leather panel jacket with contrasting white ruffle cuffs & neckline and black shorts. 

Kiersey also wore & carried LV accessories. My only quibble is that I wish the neckline was presented as on the runway but she styled nailed this look. A hint of midriff added a flirty appeal to her great look.

Halle Berry was on hand as a presenter yesterday evening(April 12th) for the 29th Annual GLAAD Media Awards at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA. 

Showing some leg, she wore a ADEAM FALL 2017 olive pearl embellished, asymmetrical wrap top with the matching asymmetrical mini skirt. One of the reasons that I appreciate this look is because it's not black.   

However the top appears to be very tight on Halle. She accessorized with a MAXIOR ring and the STELLA LUNA FALL 2017 flat bow olive satin sandals. Are you feeling HB's leggy look?

Madeline Brewer in Carolina Herrera at the 29th GLAAD Media LA Awards

Madeline Brewer was on the red carpet yesterday evening(April 12th) for the 29th Annual GLAAD Media Awards at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA. 

For the occasion, she turned to CAROLINA HERRERA wearing a FALL 2018 black calf length tank dress with a contrasting gold tulle dotted, draped overlay dress. Loved this dress on the runway but on Madeline, it doesn't have the same impact. 

The shape of the tulle overlay is different and I see this dress for someone more like Diane Kruger. I am usually a fan of her red carpet looks but I am not sold on this one. BRIAN ATWOOD sandals, HUEB earrings, ANABELA CHAN rings, a colored smokey eye and straight tresses finished up her look. Are you sold on Madeline's look?

Alexandra Shipp & Nafessa Williams at the 29th GLAAD Media Awards 'Rising Star' Luncheon

Yesterday afternoon(April 11th) Alexandra Shipp and Nafessa Williams hit the red carpet at the 29th Annual GLAAD Media Awards 'Rising Star' luncheon at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, CA.

Alexandra Shipp looked pretty in a RALPH LAUREN SPRING 2018 navy maxi dress with spaghetti straps and contrasting white, red, yellow, green & cobalt blue side stripes. The side stripes is what breathes life into this maxi dress but the fit & simplicity styling by Alexandra's keeps it the focal point as it should. A curly up-do, red lips and a box clutch finished up her look. 

Nafessa Williams is a fashion risk taker so it is no surprise that she is wearing this fussy, detailed FALGUNI SHANE PEACOCK dress. Her powder & royal blue semi-sheer dress featured trumpet panels, floral embroidery and ruffle tulle & organza panels. She ensure nothing else competes with her dress, she wore her beautiful braids in a half-up half-down off-the-shoulder hair style. STUART WEITZMAN sandals finished up her look.
