61st Grammys Awards Wrap-up

Yesterday evening(February 10th) the 61st Annual Grammys Awards took place at the Staples Center yesterday in LA. To see all of the celeb looks, click HERE and continue below for the wrap-up. 

Camila Cabello wore a custom GIORGIO ARMANI PRIVE COUTURE long sleeve pink, crystal embellished, backless gown, with padded shoulders. This feels a tad familiar but it's definitely one of her best.

Dua Lipa sparkled beautifully in a custom ATLEIER VERSACE strapless gown, with a draped train panel in the back. The necklace was definitely a welcomed piece for her look.

Alicia Keys also wore a custom GIORGIO ARMANI PRIVE gown. Her vibrant red hued gown was dressed up with silver diamonds. This is simply sexy but it doesn't excite.

Janelle Monae in Jean Paul Gaultier Couture at the 61st Grammys Awards

Before she gave one of the top best performances of the night, Janelle Monae posed on the red carpet during the 61st Annual Grammys Awards took place at the Staples Center yesterday in LA.

Janelle in my opinion delivered the best look of the night for this underwhelming red carpet. Her JEAN PAUL GAULLTIER SPRING 2019 COUTURE dress, wasn't the only standout here. It was that fabulous hat that her hairstylist Steve David created. 

Janelle just always gets it and her fashion sense is literally one of the best in the game. It's very unique and while she always kept it modern when wearing  simply white & black hues, I am glad that she is doing a little more exploring, color wise. TIFFANY & CO jewelry and LE SILLA velvet rounded out her look.

Before their performance, Cardi B and Miley Cyrus pose on the red carpet yesterday evening(February 10th) wearing MUGLER at the 61st Annual Grammys Awards at the Staples Center in LA.

Cardi B took us on a 'Fashion Flashback', wearing a FALL 1995 COUTURE pink duchess and satin velvet, Venus sheath dress over a blush embellished bodysuit. This is something that you would expect from Lady Gaga but Cardi owns it as well. You can tell that as she continues to grow in her career, so does her fashion choices. Fashion Flashback: Jada Pinkett Smith in Roberto Cavalli at the 61st Grammys Awards

On hand as a presenter, Jada Pinkett served up a little leg action on the red carpet at the 61st Grammys Awards at the Staples Center in LA.

Taking us on a fashion flashback, she didn't just dip into the archives but in her closet for this ROBERTO CAVALLI FALL 2003 nude beaded feather gown, which featured a deep v-neckline. 

I am not sure when she wore it first but she did have the gown altered from the runway version to provide better coverage. For me, I feel like she needed a colored lip for balance but I think the gown would work better on someone taller. What do you think of Jada's fashion flashback look?

Jennifer Lopez who performed at the event, rocked a sleeveless mint embellished, floor gazing dress, with the matching wide brim hat. JLo is known for rocking hats and she wears them very well and this time was no different. However the fit of the dress could have been better.

Following her attendance at the MusiCares celebration, Katy Perry along with Kylie Jenner wore BALMAIN SPRING 2019 COTURE to the 61st Annual Grammys Awards at the Staples Center yesterday evening(February 10th) in LA.

Katy Perry is known for pushing the envelope style wise, and this futuristic BALMAIN SPRING 2019 COUTURE dress is right up her style alley. The strapless pink & silver hardware panel tulle gown, actually looks really great on Katy. This was the perfect statement piece for the Grammys. I think her beauty look was flawless, which topped off her look, along with earrings by DJULA.

Before she walked a winner and performed, Lady Gaga struck a pose on the red carpet yesterday evening( February 10th) at the 61st Annual GRAMMY Awards at the Staples Center in LA.

This awards season, Lady Gaga has been scaling back fashion wise and she did so again for her Grammys look. She wore a CELINE SPRING 2019 silver strapless column dress, featuring a ruffle side panel and a split detail. 

Several celebs have already worn dresses from this collection, where the short runway version was made into a long version. Gaga's piece was no different. I can't say this is one of her best looks but the statement piece works for the occasion. TIFFANY & CO jewelry finished up her look.

Following her attendance at the Dolly Parton tribute concert, Kacey Musgraves hit the red carpet this evening(February 10th) at the 61st Grammy Awards at the Staples Center in LA.

Kacey's stylist Erica Cloud continues to deliver for the country singer, as she looked beautiful once again, this time wearing VALENTINO. Her SPRING 2018 COUTURE strapless ruffle pink tulle gown was adorned with contrasting red satin waistband.

My only quibble here is that the gown sits a tad too low on the bust but I guess that was how it was supposed to be, since it was the same way on the model. However I sill want to pull it up an inch or two. A flawless beauty look, NEIL LANE jewelry and STUART WEITZMAN custom sandals rounded out her look.

Heidi Klum stepped out yesterday evening (February 10th) for the 61st Annual Grammys Awards at Staples Center in LA.

Rocking a leggy look, she wore a STEPHANE ROLLAND SPRING 2018 COUTURE sculpted mini dress, with an embellished brooch on the shoulders. This dress is so Heidi but the fit is the problem.  

The mini looks nicely polished on the runway but on Heidi, the skirt looks too tight and that hem looks uneven. Also sleek, pulled back locks would have been ideal. LORRAINE SCHWARTZ jewelry and a silver clutch & sandals finished up her look. What do you think of Heidi's look?

Following her attendance at Clive Davis party, Maren Morris attended the 61st Grammy Awards yesterday evening(February 10th) at the Staples Center in LA.

Following her attendance at Clive Davis party, Ashlee Simpson attended the at the 61st Annual Grammys Awards at Staples Center in LA yesterday evening(February 10th).

Ashlee has been quietly making some fashion noise on the carpet and while there haven't been wow moments, she has looked great. Her GEORGES CHAKRA FALL 2018 COUTURE sheer silver beaded jumpsuit, featured a matching beaded feather jacket over it. 

While the jacket was shown open on the runway, it actually looks better closed, like the way Ashlee chose to wear it. She finished up with sparkly diamond jewelry, a center part ponytail and smokey eyes.

Kelsea Ballerini was on the red carpet yesterday evening(February 10th) for the 61st Grammys Awards at the Staples Center in LA.

While most people are wearing current or custom looks, Kelsea dipped several seasons back for this JENNY PACKHAM FALL 2017 nude illusion tulle, crystal embellished gown. 

To avoid a washout, a red matte lip was added to her beauty look. I can't say that I am really excited about this but she looks pretty nonetheless. EVA FEHREN jewelry and center part light waves rounded out her look.
