71st EE BAFTA Film Awards Wrap-up

The 71st EE British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA) took place this evening(February 18th) at the Royal Albert Hall in London. For the most, everyone in attendance wore black in support of the #TimesUp movement. To see all of the celeb looks, click HERE and continue below for the wrap-up. 

Gugu Mbatha-Raw looked simply beautiful wearing a Vintage CARDINALI black & silver beaded floor length dress. For the most part, Gugu is almost always wearing her natural curls but she opted for soft side parted straight tresses. EFFY studs, MELINDA MARIA & GRAZLIEA GEMS rings and minimal make-up finished up her look. 

Letitia Wright wore a black velvet embellished GUCCI floor length dress with a belted waist. I think she could have done without the belt but she does look lovely. 

Salma Hayek also wore GUCCI. Her black floor length, floral embellished v-neck dress was styled simply with a black velvet clutch. Center part curls and pink lips finished up her look.

We haven't seen much of Naomie Harris on the red carpet but the actress was on hand for 71st EE British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA) at the Royal Albert Hall in London.

She stepped out in a ZUHAIR MURAD SPRING 2018 COUTURE sheer black feather embellished split dress which she styled with black ankle leg trousers. 

I am thankful that she ditched the wide split leg trousers from the runway as her tapered leg trousers work better. She finished up with a layered gold necklace, black pumps, a braided up-do and smokey eyes.

As the brand ambassador for BURBERRY, it is no surprise that the actress is wearing a look by the fashion her. Her black strapless bustier and black ruffle tier ball gown skirt is hot off of the brand's February 2018 runway.

Following her attendance at a pre-party, Kate Mara along with Jennifer Lawrence & Ruth Wilson wore CHRISTIAN DIOR COUTURE at the 71st EE British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA) at the Royal Albert Hall this evening(February 18th) in London.

Kate Mara wore a FALL 2017 COUTURE strapless black & gold embroidered organza layered gown. On the runway, the bodice of Kate's gown with lined with a nude panel but I am thankful that she switched it for black. The black looks more elegant here. 

Jennifer Lawrence wore a SPRING 2018 COUTURE black strapless gown with contrasting white draped chiffon shoulder panels and side pockets. Instead of wearing sparkly jewelry, she opted for emerald stone earrings & matching ring. Straight off-the-shoulder tresses and red lips finished up her look. 

Ruth Wilson also opted for a SPRING 2018 COUTURE. Her black two-piece suit with a sheer panel shirt underneath, was teamed with ivory embellished sandals. I like that Ruth opted not to wear a dress, she looked great in this suit.
