Variety's Power of Young Hollywood Event Wrap-up

Ashley Tisdale wore a white strapless MILLY SPRING 2017 double knot & cut-out detail dress which was styled with SCHUTZ sandals and a SAINT LAURENT clutch. I like the dress but the fit is not the best.

Skai Jackson looked great once again rocking a look courtesy of H&M. Her sheer black ruffle printed blouse and patent leather mini skirt was teamed with STUART WIETZMAN sandals which topped off her look. Love her hair also.

Kaitlyn Dever wore a PRADA textured dress which was styled with an JUDITH LEIBER clutch and ALDO sandals. Kaitlyn looks so pretty but I kinda wish this was saved for a premiere or something. I would have loved to see her in a playful look.

Storm Reid is slowly making her way to the spotlight and we will be seeing a lot of the young starlet next year. She hit the black carpet for Variety's Power of Young Hollywood event yesterday evening(August 8th) at TAO Hollywood in LA.  

Storm looked great in a ensemble which featured a UNDERCOVER FALL 2017 long sleeve, printed & color-block ruffle high neck top and 3.1 PHILLIP LIM FALL 2017 black belted trousers. 

Ditching her signature natural curls, Storm rocked a braided hairstyle which topped off her look along with a black clutch and black SCHUTZ sandals.

Following the debut of her Variety cover, Zendaya was also an honoree at Variety's Power of Young Hollywood event yesterday evening(August 8th) at TAO Hollywood in LA.  

Making a sparkly entrance, she wore a VIVETTA FALL 2017 red Swarovski crystal & pink trim ruffle high neck top with the matching crop pants. 

I discovered Vivetta last year and I was hoping that celebs will notice the designer as well because of her standout, chic retro pieces. While I would have liked her hair off-the-shoulder, I love her curly locks which doesn't hurt her look. RUTHIE DAVIS sandals, EFFY rings and a pink lip topped off her winning look.

The young starlet looked cute in a PHILOSOPHY DI LORENZO SERAFINI SPRING 2017 strapless blue floral jumpsuit with a ruffle neckline. a peplum waist and side pockets which she utilized. 

On the runway, Yara's jumpsuit was shown with a belt which she ditched. On the beauty end, she rocked center part braids, minimal make-up, gold hoops and gold sandals. Are you missing the belt from Yara's jumpsuit?

Following her Variety cover release, Chloe Moretz attended Variety's Power of Young Hollywood event at TAO Hollywood in LA yesterday evening(August 8th). 

She hit the black carpet wearing a MARCHESA RESORT 2018 black embellished tea length dress with a sweetheart neckline, a beaded corset top, a bow detail waist and a stripe skirt. 

I can't say that I am loving this dress on Chloe because I prefer the skirt's flare & length in the look book. She finished up with a complimentary beauty look and black lace pumps. Did Chloe sell you on her look?

Yesterday evening(August 8th) Katherine Langford was on hand for Variety's Power of Young Hollywood event at TAO Hollywood in LA. 

On tune with the carpet, she wore a GIAMBA PRE-FALL 2017 black crepe mini dress which stopped just above her knees and featured long leg-o-mutton sleeves. 

For me, the styling is on the boring side. Sparkly jewelry, a colored and/or statement sandals could have enhanced  her look. Did Katherine sell this all black look to you?
