Jimmy Choo is teaming up with UGG Australia to launch a limited edition collection that will hit stores October 2010. It will have the UGG boot construction but the Jimmy Choo design details. The shoes will come in 5 styles that will be in multiple colors and will be priced from $495 to $795. Fashionistas start saving now because you know when these touch down in stores they will be gone fast. Sometimes you have to break the bank to look cute and these will be worth it. The shoes will have limited distribution, only available at the Jimmy Choo & UGG stores along with a select list of fine department stores and speciality stores that carry Jimmy Choo.
They will also be available online at http://www.jimmychoo.com/ and http://www.uggaustralia.com/. I don't own a pair of UGG boots as of yet but these I like! Nicky Hilton tweeted a picture of the boots because she was able to get a pair before they hit stores. It must be nice. Tamara Mellon the founder and President of Jimmy Choo released a statement saying "Other than Jimmy Choo, UGG Australia is the only other footwear I have in my wardrobe." Well it looks like come fall I will be owning my first pair of UGG boots. This was a great collaboration.
