So I attended the HERVE LEGER BY MAX AZRIA FALL/WINTER 2012 runway show and each season before the show a question lingers, what will they do to update the famous bandage dress? Well, Max & Lubov updated it with an equestrian vibe along with taking this curve hugging dress on a fantasy ride. Leather harnesses were attached on the waist and shoulders with intricate cut-out detailing. Fit & flare styles were done with pleats, which gave the bandage dress movement. Black fur on sleeves & skirts along with chain link prints also took it to a new level. I was so impressed with this collection because of the new direction that it was done in. Max & Lubov stayed true to the style of the bandage dress but gave it a more modern day feel. What do you think?
