Yesterday Alicia Vikander was also making her rounds at events in LA ahead of her attendance at the Globes this evening. Check out her looks.
First she attended the BAFTA Los Angeles Awards Season Tea at the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. She wore a ALTUZARRA PRE-FALL 2016 short sleeve stripe dress with ruched sleeves. Alicia's dress was featured in the look book with a red belt which I do not favor. However I wouldn't have mind a belt. Black slingback pumps light make-up and side parted tresses finished up her look.
Later on she attended the 40th Annual Los Angeles Film Critics Association Awards at the InterContinental Hotel in Century City, California. Alicia was head to toe LOUIS VUITTON which featured a white long sleeve dress with a crossover skirt that featured the 'LV' logo and ankle strap sandals. I like this look more, it's simple but yet sophisticated. Small drop earrings completed her look.

The 2nd look is better, I agree, crisp and polished. The 1st dress is fine for the event (even though I'm not a fan of those stripes), but a better styling would've helped - a thin belt to break up the stripes would've been nice, I agree again, and more polished hairstyle and inspiring shoes. With her presentation, it just feels too plain and lackluster.
