Following her attendance at the InStyle Globes party, Gillian Anderson attended the 'War & Peace' screening and 'The X-Files' premiere in LA this week.
On Monday(January 11th) she attended The Weinstein Company & A+E Networks "War And Peace" screening at The London West Hollywood wearing a WES GORDON FALL 2015 strapless floral embroidered dress. Gillian's dress appears to have been shorten a bit from the runway version which worked in her favor. A belt would have been a nice addition but she looked great. An EDIE Prker clutch, black MANOLO BLAHNIK pumps, NEIL LANE jewelry, and a light pink lip completed her look.
On Tuesday(January 12th) she attended 'The X-Files' premiere at the California Science Center wearing a navy & printed panel BOTTEGA VENETA SPRING 2016 faille halter gown which she accessorized with a silver drop earrings, a blue stone statement ring and a grey woven clutch which is also Bottega Veneta clutch. I am not too crazy about the fabric but I think if she had a sleek, up-do and did something more interesting with the make-up, she could have enhanced the appeal of her look.
Which of Gillian's look do you prefer?

The 1st one, no question about it - sweet and ladylike.
ReplyDeleteThe 2nd gown looks cheap, and the hair/makeup look like an afterthought.
she looks great! I wish the blue gown had more of the striped material.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely the Wes Gordon. The Bottega Veneta is not flattering...
