Kate Hdson knows how to serve up some great looks on the carpet but sometimes she tends to fall flat. Last night she attended the 2016 Vanity Fair Oscar party at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills, CA.
She hit the carpet in the MARIA LUCIA HOHAN FALL 2016 'Norina' liquid metal pleated gown with a round draped corset, spaghetti straps and a high split. The dress also has sheer illusion panels which is a signature detail by the designer.
While Kate's look is indeed sexy, I am distracted by those heavy BRIAN ATWOOD heels. A simple ankle strap sandal would have been better. An ORTON clutch and pulled back locks completed her look. Are you feeling Kate's look?

I love pleating and I love metalics but this look screams thirstiness and desperation from all sides.

ReplyDeleteThese Maria Lucia Hohan dresses need to go away, same cheap-looking bodice every time. The extra-high split and her lackluster beachy hair aren't helping.
