Gabrielle Union in Georgine at the 2016 Vanity Fair Oscar Party

Gabrielle Union's style can be a hit or miss and the styling plays a big part in that. On Sunday(February 28th) she hit the carpet at the 2016 Vanity Fair Oscar party at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills, CA.

Showing some leg, she wore a GEORGINA FALL 2016 black sheer long sleeve dotted and velvet panel double split dress with a high neck and drop waist. I am not a fan of the dress in general and the styling is not helping. 

A sleeker hairstyle would have been ideal to compliment the high neck. Also a colored lip wouldn't have hurt and even though she is wearing strappy sandals which are MANOLO BLAHNIK, I feel something with light embellishments would have worked for a better statement. DAVID YURMAN jewelry and a black completed her look. Did Gabrielle sell this look to you?
