On Monday(March 14th) Regina Hall hit the red carpet for the premiere of the 'Barbershop: The Next Cut Neighborhood Tour' at the Kerasotes Showplace Icon Theater in Chicago, IL.
For the occasion, she wore a black sheer long sleeve layered top and a GABRIELE FIORUCCI BUCCIARELLI FALL 2016 printed flare mini skirt with a black satin waistband.
I like the skirt along with the black leather thigh high boots but I am not a fan of the top. The fit is not that great especially around the neckline. A simple ponytail and a magenta lip color topped off her look.

A peasant blouse with hookie boots ? Those don't belong together. I would ditch the boots.
