Sarah Paulson in Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini at The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story For Your Consideration Event

Yesterday evening Sarah Paulson attended The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story For Your Consideration Carpet Event at The Theatre Ace Hotel in LA.

Keeping on tune with the red carpet, she wore a PHILOSOPHY DI LORENZO SERAFINI PRE-FALL 2016 red long sleeve sheer embroidered dress with contrasting black velvet panels. Sarah's dress was featured in the look book unlined but she lined her dress with a black slip dress for coverage. Also her dress was modified from the look book version which was done in a floor length and accented with a black velvet neck tie.

If you have been following Sarah's looks for the promotion of this series recently, this is the third dress that she has wore from this same collection. I am glad that she chose the shorter version as it worked in her favor but I wish she would give those boring black pumps a vacation. Also I wish she had the velvet trim on the sleeve removed. A JIMMY CHOO black clutch, a straight short cut and smokey eye offset with a light pink lip completed her look. Does the lined modified version work for you?

  1. She looks drab and sad. I expected more from her. She can do better.

  2. Sometimes, she dresses really well and sometimes, I don't quite understand what's going on with her style - as it has been the case with her last two Philosophy looks. Rather drab, dresses I don't like, uninspired styling...

  3. Wrist ruffles ? How impractical. Just imagine that you are served soup as a 1rst plate at dinner... Designers seem to live in another reality. I like the colour and the fabric.
