While there were rumors that she wasn't attended this season, Aishwarya Rai made her to the red carpet this evening for the Ma Loute(Slack Bay) screening at the 69th Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, France.
Making a sparkly entrance, she wore a ALI YOUNES COUTURE nude and gold beaded embellished cape gown with a short v-neckline.
Beauty wise, she went with center part curls and she highlighted her beautiful eyes with a blue & turquoise eye shadow which was offset with a nude glossy lip. While there wasn't much to get excited about so far and as a Cannes favorite, did Aishwarya Rai excite you with this look?

I am not in love with the blue eye shadow. The rest looks a bit generic. She looks good - but it didn't wow me at all. Disappointed.
ReplyDeleteShe looks good. The face is perfection as always but the dress it is not very exciting to me. Probably looks 100 times better in real life. The colour is not very flattering but then, most of times she shows up wearing very rich, jewel like colours, perhaps she was going for a change. It is not striking but still a very good presentation.

ReplyDeleteI also can't help but feel underwhelmed, esp. after her spectacular showing last year. This is nice and pretty but nothing out of the ordinary, and that eye shadow looks harsh and awkward.
