Each time that I have seen Araya A. Hargate at Cannes, she made the most dramatic and elegant entrance and today was no different. She attended the Cafe Society premiere and opening of the 69th Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, France.
She hit the red carpet in a RALPH & RUSSO SPRING 2016 COUTURE strapless baby pink ruffle tulle gown with a dramatic, structured train and skirt.
I can't say that I am loving the statement choker that she is wearing but it did add to the dramatic appeal of her look. Nonetheless, she looked beautiful in this gown. A complimentary up-do and smokey eyes offset with a pink lip topped off her look.

The look is breath-taking, dramatic, spectacular - worthy of the opening ceremony. And I like that it's not some random pretty necklace (which is expected at Cannes) but matched to the gown. Loved her last year and she certainly delivered this time around. She seems to be slightly swamped by the skirt but this is, hands down, a standout beautiful look.

She knows it is go big or go home at Cannes. I like that she went dramatic, but I don't know if I am sold on hte texture of the gown. But she has my eyeballs for sure. Also, I like the choker she chose. Definitely a dramatic look.
