Halsey was overworking her legs hard on the pink carpet this evening at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
Showing some skin, she wore a FAUSTO PUGLISI FALL 2016 cut-out white embellished double split v-neck dress with black contrasting underlining.
With her tattoos against this embellished dress, minimal styling was key here. Her signature short cut, light makeup and silver sandals topped off her look. Are you feeling Halsey's look?

ReplyDeleteThe dress is different, cool, eye-catching and perfect for the event. I just don't think the bodice works on her frame, wish Zendaya had rocked it instead.
