Michelle Obama in Givenchy Couture at the 2016 White House Correspondents' Association Dinner

First Lady Michelle Obama posed for pictures at her table during the 2016 White House 102nd Correspondents' Association Dinner at the Washington Hilton in Washington, D.C.

For her last WHCD, the First Lady wore a GIVENCY SPRING 2016 COUTURE nude beaded embroidered silk slip dress layered with a matching sheer beaded long cape.

I don't ever recall seeing a full image of her look at this dinner since she was in the White House but I would have loved to see this. She's never worn Givenchy so this was an interesting choice. She looks simply elegant but I wouldn't have mind a complimentary colored lip here over her nude. What do you think of Mrs. O's look?

  1. She is the last woman I would ever imagine wearing Givenchy. In that aspect kuddos for being "avant gardist". Unfortunately a beige sleep dress reminds me of the Kartrashian and the colour doesnt do many favours to Michelle.

    1. Yes, I was very surprised to see her in this because I don't see her as a Givenchy girl/woman.

    2. Same here. She surprised me! Guess she wanted to go out with a bang.

  3. Light and feminine - a delicate combination of slightly daring and seductive and demure at the same time. I think it's nicely done, only would've probably preferred a softer 'do.

  4. From this look and her previous one (the Oscar de la Renta dress and Narciso Rodriguez coat in Kensington, I am afraid she's been influenced by Kardashians. Unbelievable!!!!

  5. I don't care it is a Givenchy. Beige is not her colour. She can do better.
