The Money Monster premiere took place this evening during the 69th Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, France. To see all of the red carpet looks, click HERE and continue below for the wrap-up.
Julianne Moore was head to toe in LOUIS VUITTON which featured a white sleeveless v-neck dress with padded shoulders & a car wash pleated skirt, a small box clutch and black strappy sandals. I like this dress, maybe not for a Cannes premiere but she looked great.
George Clooney keep it simple in a classic black tuxedo styled with a white button down shirt, a black bow tie, a white pocket square and black shiny dress shoes. The hem of the pants is what doesn't work for me.
Amal Clooney out shined her hubby in a ATELIER VERSACE yellow one-shoulder silk-chiffon gown with a split detail and a draped shoulder train panel in the back. Keeping her look interesting with an extra pop of color, she wore orange stone drop earrings and a red lip. This is a Versace look that is all so familiar. JIMMY CHOO sandals and side swept curls topped off her look.
Jodie Foster who directed the film, wore a CHRISTIAN DIOR dress which featured a silver embellished sleeveless top with a key hole detail in the back and a navy silk-crepe floor length skirt. A sleek up-do would have complimented her look but she looked great nonetheless.

Amal is perfection - the colour, the draping, the styling - she looks really beautiful, and I like the unexpected contrasting orange earrings. It's a winning look for her.
ReplyDeleteDon't like Julianne's dress, and Jodie's gown feels a bit heavy.
Amal without a doubt stole the spotlight. Even more when she struggled to control the brise on the skirt. One could read on Julia Robert's face : "oh , here she comes, taking all the attention from me". She looks gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteJuliane is one of my deceptions this year. Hope she upgrade the game.
Julianne wore an Alexander McQueen look to a Chopard event right after the premiere and I kinda wish she had switched the looks of the events.
ReplyDeleteJodie looks alright, Amal looks gorgeous.
Yes I saw it, a Pre-Fall 2016 dress. I agree, she should have definitely wore that to the premiere.
DeleteAmal Clooney looks sensational. She was definitely the best dressed of the day. Yellow is turning out to be the color of Cannes this year. She totally stole all the spotlight on the red carpet - she was utter perfection. Dislike Julianne Moore's look.
ReplyDeleteAmal looks good.
ReplyDeleteJulianne looks so fashionably on point. Amal looks like a prom queen, she couldn't walk nor pose in the dress, trying too much too hard every time.
ReplyDeleteAmal looks lovely. I don't like Juliane's dress. She can do better than that.
