Vanessa Paradis in Elie Saab at the From The Land of The Moon (Mal De Pierres) 69th Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Vanessa Paradis was spotted on the carpet at the From The Land of The Moon (Mal De Pierres) premiere this evening during the 69th Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, France.

She wore a ELIE SAAB FALL 2016 long sleeve black, colorful dotted evening mock neck dress with ruffle and cut-out lace panels. Vanessa's dress hit the runway with a belt & unlined but the actress lined her dress & ditched the belt.

She would have complimented her look with a sleek up-do and also thankfully her black platform pumps aren't visible because I find them to be a bit heavy with this dress. However I am very happy that she didn't chose a predictable beaded gown from the designer, this show's he has more to offer. Does Vanessa's presentation of the dress work for you or do you prefer the runway?

  1. Hmmmmmm... Not much Cannes red carpet. More like fot the yatch after party. She looks nice but I expect MUCH more from her having Chanel at her feet.

  2. I don't like it either on her or the runway. But on her it's even starting to look drab, she needed a belt, and the front lace panel goes way too low.

  3. I don't like it. The lace panel in the front is awful. And without it, it would simply be boring.
