Chloe Moretz in Erdem & Alexander McQueen at the 42nd Deauville American Film Festival

This weekend, Chloe Moretz attended the 42nd Deauville American Film Festival in Deauville, France for a photocall & premiere. The young starlet also received the 'Rising Star' award at the opening ceremony.

On Friday(September 2nd) she attended The Infiltrator premiere and opening opening ceremony wearing an ERDEM SPRING 2016 long sleeve sheer light blue tulle floral embroidered dress with a key hole detail and ruffle panels. Chloe's was unlined on the runway but the young starlet lined her dress for her appearance which worked in her favor. However I don't think she sells it. Off-the-shoulder tresses and smokey eyes finished up her look.

On yesterday(September 3rd) she attended a photocall wearing a ALEXANDER MCQUEEN RESORT 2017 black knit embroidered ruffled three-quarter sleeve mini dress with a white contrasting bib. Chloe's dress was layered with black studded belts which she ditched for a simple, wide belt. I would have loved to see her hair in a simpler hairstyle to compliment the detailed bodice. Also Chloe lined the bodice of the dress and I have to say, I prefer the unlined look the model is rocking. JIMMY CHOO strappy sandals finished up her look.

Which of Chloe's looks do you prefer?

  1. She has a serious problem with her stylist or the lack of one. Those necklines don't do any favours to her body type. The Erdem one is a lovely dress but just not HER dress at all. I can imagine Keira Knightley and alikes wearing it much better.
The MacQueen looks better unlined as you said and in other pictures she is blowing kisses around like a Victoria Secret model, which is quite ridiculous for a film festival.

    1. I agree. The McQueen look is much better unlined.

      She needs a better stylist.

  2. Chloe is very short-waisted. She (/her stylist) might wanna consider more torso-elongating/figure-skimming/drop-waist, etc. kind of designs. Both looks aren't flattering on her, making her upper body appear short and square.

  3. What a waste of money if she is paying a stylist!
