Following her appearance at the Build Series, Lily Collins continued promoting her new film 'Rules Don't Apply' on the Today Show' yesterday(November 16th) in New York.
She stepped out in a SELF-PORTRAIT SPRING 2017 long sleeve white, pale blue & black paneled frill cut-out mini dress. On the runway, the dress was shown unlined but Lily's dress was layered with a white mini dress for coverage.
Even though the black pumps don't look bad with this dress, they were a safe and boring choice. However she looks nice in this dress. What do you think of Lily's dress?
