Making her first appearance on the carpet this year, Cate Blanchett attended 'The Present' Broadway Opening Night party on Sunday(January 8th) in New York.
She hit the black carpet in a one long sleeve grey LOUIS VUITTON SPRING 2017 mock neck dress with gold hardware trimmings, a tie waist, a cut-out back and a side split detail. We have seen this dress on the carpet before in different colors but I still love it on Cate.
Also given the freezing temperatures that we are having here in NY, her black suede boots worked perfectly with this dress. To me this dress reads fall more than it does spring. A medium layered cut, a gold cuff and a black clutch finished up her look.
