Jessica Biel in Elie Saab Couture at the 74th Golden Globe Awards

On hand to support hubby Justin Timberlake, Jessica Biel attended the 74th Annual Golden Globe Awards this evening(January 8th) at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA.

She hit the red carpet in a ELIE SAAB FALL 2016 COUTURE belted gown which featured a black velvet halter top with a plunging neckline and a black & white printed beaded embroidered ball gown skirt with a split detail. One thing I noticed looking at her images, she focused to hard on that split.

With that said, I can appreciate this gown as it is not the sheer beaded look that we are always seeing from the designer. However the shape of the skirt on one side looks odd. A slick, side parted bun, black platform sandals and statement jewelry finished up her look. Are you feeling Jessica's Elie Saab look?

  1. Talk about an unresolved dress. The sternum baring bodice is somehow disconected to the skirt which is plain ugly. A complete miss in my opinion.

  2. The bodice is really unflattering especially on the side. Not a good look.

  3. It's supposed to bring edge, but it needs something extra to lift it up.

  4. I'm on the fence. On the one hand, I like that it's a more unusual gown, but on the other hand, I don't think it's quite working out or manages to produce a truly stunning and captivating moment with its originality. It's fine, I'm just not blown away.

  5. It might look good on someone, well, anyone else.

  6. Nothing here works for me. The gown looks like someone made a mistake and tried to pass it off as edgy. Makeup is too subdued. Hair is boring. Fail all around.
